Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe property is quiet and located in a safe area, making it easy for us to explore Da Lat by motorbike. The hotel is new and beautiful, with clean rooms and all the basic amenities - especially the bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is made-to-order but filling and delicious, and the afternoon tea was also light and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The staff here are friendly and very kind, especially the manager named Huynh Anh. A big plus is the breakfast and afternoon tea service. The location is also convenient for getting to tourist attractions - especially the famous flower garden in Da Lat that we really wanted to visit. NetherlandsI had just started my motorbike tour through Vietnam a few days before and wasn't feeling my best due two days of heavy rain that left me soaked. When I checked into the Unique Home and Cafe the receptionist was super kind, sweet and welcoming, the room was great and I quickly decided to stay another night which really recharged me and put mening a good state of mind. Thank you again for the wonderful time I had there, I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Da Lat.

SingaporeEverything met my expectations
Huge windows with open views of Da Lat’s iconic greenhouses and rolling hills. I spent hours just sitting there, watching the city slowly quiet down as the night fell - such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Breakfast at the homestay was simple but delicious - warm, comforting, and thoughtfully prepared. The space where it’s served is bright and airy, which made mornings feel calm and refreshing. The staff were all friendly, kind, and always ready to help. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary afternoon tea around 4 PM - a warm cup of tea with a few little treats made me feel genuinely cared for. In the evening, there’s also live acoustic music at the café inside the homestay. With soft lighting, cool air, and relaxing melodies, it was the perfect way to end the day.

SpainBreakfast here felt truly homemade - simple, warm, and full of care. It wasn’t industrial or rushed, just comforting and exactly what you need to start the day. The room was clean, neat, and cozy - from the moment I walked in, it felt welcoming and peaceful. Every afternoon at 4PM, they serve complimentary tea with warm drinks and a few little treats - such a thoughtful touch that made me feel cared for in the sweetest way. The location is another big plus - not too far from the city center, so it’s easy to explore anywhere, but tucked away just enough to stay calm and quiet. You can head out for an adventure or simply stay in and chill - either way, it’s perfect. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and genuinely caring energy. It didn’t feel like staying at a hotel - more like visiting someone who wants you to feel at home. Everything about this place was just right - sincere, lovely, and full of that special Da Lat charm.

United KingdomIf you’re a couple looking for something romantic without the crowds and touristy buzz, this is the perfect spot. Mornings are peaceful, the bed is super comfy, and the coffee is genuinely good - very Da Lat. Breakfast was also a big plus: nothing too fancy, but tasty, well-prepared, and just right to start the day. At 4 PM, they serve complimentary afternoon tea - a cozy little break in the middle of the day that we really enjoyed. And at 7 PM, there’s a live acoustic music session at the café right inside the building - soft lighting, relaxing music, and such a chill atmosphere. It felt like the evening was made just for us. Everything here came together so perfectly for a quiet and romantic getaway for two

CanadaThere was nothing I disliked
Evenings here are incredibly chill. The café has live acoustic music, soft lighting, and a warm cup of tea in hand - it honestly felt like stepping into a romantic scene from a movie set in Da Lat. The space is small, cozy, and just right for unwinding. But it’s not just the music and coffee that stood out - the overall service was thoughtful and well done. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with just the right amount of variety to start the day feeling full and satisfied. Room service was also great - everything was clean, well-kept, and the staff were always ready to help with anything I needed. And I especially appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea served daily - such a small gesture, but it made me feel genuinely cared for. This place isn’t flashy, but it has everything that makes you want to come back
