Everything was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Great views up the river to lantern bridge AND across to the motorbike bridge between islands. The walk in to old town was beautiful - along the riverbank. The young pregnant lady who was 7 weeks from giving birth was our very lovely host.

The location is right next to the river and quiet. This is an advantage though at night it feels a bit aloof as the hotel is slightly away from the old town area.

Good hotel with spacious rooms and clean rooms. Limited options but delicious breakfast. We hosted by Ms Tram who was handling reception, cooking breakfast, etc. Overall a good stay.

1.The swimming pool is near the lobby and on the day we arrived, the staircase area was wet and might cause someone to slip. 2. One of the bedside lamp did not work as the wire was not connected to any plug. Otherwise, all the amenities were adequate.

We stayed in a double room which was very clean and spacious for two people. Water pressure was also very good. Though breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was more than adequate and they prepare it only when you're in the dining area ensuring hot meals. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town ensuring tranquility. Unless you don't mind walking, it takes about 15 to 20 mins walk to where the cool cafes and shops are. However, they were kind enough to loan us bicycles for free to roam the town for 2 hours.

Everything was great.

The location was great, a 10-15 mins easy walk along the river to the Old Town. Quiet enough to sleep early, away from the Old Town loud music at night. Staff are very attentive to guests and always looking out for us, asking if we need anything, or need them to help us book activities or rides. We were a family of 3, & received a room on the 2nd floor with panoramic views of the river, where we could see the lanterns at night from afar. It was quite affordable too. Highly recommended.

We booked the family corner room and overall had a pleasant stay. The staff was kind and welcoming, and we appreciated the atmosphere. There are just a few small points where we think the experience could be even better. The room description and photos mentioned a bathtub, but in reality there was only a shower. At night, some other guests were quite loud around 1 AM, and it might be helpful if staff could gently check on situations like this to keep the environment peaceful for everyone. Since our room was at the corner, we thought the balcony seating area would be private, but in the mornings it was sometimes used by other guests. Their children also played nearby and moved the chairs around, which made resting a bit difficult. Perhaps adding clearer signs or designated seating could help avoid confusion in the future.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering plenty of support and really helpful information. They also provided free bicycle rentals, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved the villa so nothing major to report. Perhaps the decor could do with a little love and attention as I noticed alot of wear and tear (a lick of paint and sealant in places basically). But maybe that’s a low season job on the list.

Great location, absolutely lovely & helpful staff. We used the free bikes and explored gorgeous Hoi An. We had some wonderful clothes made at the owners tailor company too!

Perfectly located just outside the old city (just a few minutes’ walk along the riverside). Great service — everyone was super nice and helpful in arranging transfers, laundry, and anything else we needed. Breakfast could be improved a bit, but it was enough to get the day started. We had a corner room with plenty of natural light and a nice view of the river. We would definitely come back.

We had tge best stay in this villa. The staff was very accomodating, always greet us whenever she sees us. The location is great as well. It’s just 10 minutes walk awat from old town. Highly recommended this place!

No elevator, we were on the 4th floor so it was a pain to go all those stairs everytime. On our floor, the walls were not that high, so I was frequently bumping my head. Some little insects were in the room and shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, offered us tours that was cheaper than TripAdvisor or getyourguide. Great location, we could borrow bikes for free which made our stay even better. The breakfasts were really good ! The bed was confy and the room had everything we needed.

Staff were amazing, they were so kind and helpful! The hotel is just outside the busy bit, so you don't get the noise, but can walk there in 7 minutes. They have bikes too.

The room door was made of glass with curtains, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable in terms of privacy. The sound insulation was decent , not great, but not too bad either. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, which could be risky for children. Although the bathroom was spacious, the clothes rack was placed right next to the toilet, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I checked in late, the hotel still assisted me with carrying my luggage. They also offered free bicycle rentals. The swimming pool was clean and had a lifeguard on duty.
