Lots of construction going on in the area. It was a bit noisy but not overwhelmingly so. I was away from the hotel most of the daytime on day trips so I missed the most disruptive work. I made a change in plans but they would not allow me to cancel last two days because I booked through a third party seller.

N/A. If you like quiet, do request higher floor as opposite beach side is quite happening especially night time.

The room is superb and clean with magnificent sea view! Hotel staff are professional with providing excellent service! Breakfast buffet is good with wide variety. Love the hotel and sure will be our top choice again!

I could barely sleep a few hours per night because of the noise. We got the worst combination of room and floor: sea view on floor 5A. This was more of a street view than a sea view because it was next to the busy street and thus extremely noisy. You would hear horns at 6AM and music from the bar maia across the street until 1AM. Oh and floor 5A is the first floor on top of the breakfast area so the cherry on top was the sound of wooden chairs scratching the floor during breakfast. And the breakfast starts also at 6. So the tldr is: If you want to get some sleep avoid lower floor sea view rooms at all costs, if possible!

The only negative I can think of is that they don’t split beds in the second room of either the family or grand suites which can cause issues with families of 4.

Three elevators for the entire hotel are a bit insufficient.

One of the best hotels in Da Nang. The staff are very helpful and the view is spectacular. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip to Vietnam. The beach with its great beach bar across the street is fantastic. It's also just a few steps away from the streets with great restaurants and shops. It's quite a long walk to the Dragon Bridge, but luckily you can find a GRAB very quickly.

Whilst the rooftop pool was amazing with fabulous views, there was very limited sun beds to relax on. The open area behind the pool could easily accommodate more beds instead of the tables and chairs which were rarely used.

The rooms were spotless, bright, and beautifully spacious with a really comfy mattress and the best pillows!! The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and every single staff member we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Location was perfect with a great 'beach shack' across the road and plenty of places within 100m walk to eat and drink. The beach was really clean and a great place to chill.

Crossing the street to the beach could be dangerous but you will get used to it. Wish the rooftop pool was bigger to accommodate more people.

Beautiful clean modern hotel. Excellent location opposite the beach. Rooms were spacious and the bed was huge. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice to suit all tastes & diet. Staff were extremely friendly helpful and efficient.
