Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere were hairs on the bed and pillows. The television had no service and there was no way to wireless connect your phone to the television. There is construction going on making finding the front entrance a bit confusing.
This place is right across the street from the train station. It is a great place if you need to have a comfortable place before a train ride. The staff was very nice. We needed help getting our luggage across the street. They helped and refused to allow me to tip.

FranceGood location if you have to catch a train (the train station is across the street). Not easy to cross the street though since there is no traffic light. The pedestrian crossing is for decoration only and motorists or motorcyclists are totally ignoring it. Room clean and spacious enough but no wardrobe or hooks on the wall to hold your clothes. Modern decoration of the hotel but very questionable unless you are an amateur of trains and mechanics.. Breakfast is acceptable but rather basic. Staff at the reception do not seem to be caring much about the customers. All in all the rate is overpriced and you certainly can find a better place for the rate..

VietnamI saw my bed was dirty with hair & some bugs twice for 3 nights I had stayed there. Pretty disappointed. Cleaning staff need to be more careful about changing the bed sheet. The hotel has self-service laundry room but you have to pay. I don’t think I like this idea since I have to pay to do my own laundry? No thanks. My 3 nights stay was $173 in total so almost $60/night but no breakfast included. That was quite disappointing because $60/night is cheap in the US but here in Vietnam that price value is not that cheap and you have no breakfast? I don’t think Im gonna go back since I’m willing to pay just a bit more somewhere else to enjoy breakfast buffet, cleaner room and laundry service with helpers
Modern style with lot of public open space areas. Lots of cafe & restaurants around.

United StatesThere was construction going on just outside my window. Not the hotel's fault, but it will be a little noisy (the noise stopped by about 11 pm) and unsightly until the construction is done.
The room was good with a comfortable bed, A/C, and overall good value for the price. Very clean and convenient location in Old Quarter. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Everyone spoke at least some English so very little trouble communicating if you don't speak Vietnamese.

United StatesIt would've helped if a kettle and tea / coffee supplies were provided in the room. The light switches - contemporary as they were - were not the most intuitively designed. The staff at reception were helpful enough but struggled a bit with their communication, I thought.
A very up to date and comfortable room, and a good bathroom too, with an excellent shower and quality bath products provided. I stayed for two nights and slept really well each night. Barring the light switches (see comment in next section), the rooms are really well thought out.

United StatesThe room does not have a hot water kettle nor coffee/tea packets. Its the first time that I've been to a hotel without those small amenities.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the food they had out looked good. We did have snacks at the hotel resto and it was very good. The room was comfortable but smaller than I expected. The view of the train station was excellent. We enjoyed watching arrivals and departures. Despite its proximity (across the street) we never heard the trains.
