Extremely welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and full of information about the area. Laundry was accessible and cheap. Coffee was delicious. The pool was a lovely little addition to be able to dip in to cool off. Great location to everything

The internet could be better, but there was so much to do that this didn't really affect us.

We loved our stay here. The staff are fantastic especially Cindy, she definitely made our stay easy and memorable and helped us day or night with anything we needed, and always with a friendly smile. The location is also amazing, close to everything, but not too busy/loud.

Property was in a fantastic location. Pool was small but all facilities were very clean. Great value for money here! Na Na was very accomodating and gave us many amazing recommendations that made our stay in Hoi An even better. The free bicycles were super handy too!

If you are someone who does not like elevators this one is small and might be a bit daunting…It was fine for me but my husband wasn’t keen to ride it, so be prepared to take the stairs to get to your room!

Such a great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, bicycles are available for guests for free and Cindy was such a great host, providing us with the best tips about where to go and what to see. Quiet but so close to everything wonderful Hoi An has to offer.

We had a good use of the pool, just next to our family room. The free bikes were very convenient to get to the pottery village, resto, self laundry, lantern class, market etc….Nana was very kind to get us tickets for memory show and tours. Great location for lantern festival, shopping etc….

The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided us with information of all sorts of things to do around Hoi An and gave us pricing for everything. They provided bikes for travelling around and also offered motorbike rental for 150,000VND per day. They made us feel very welcome and definitely made our stay in Hoi An feel like the highlight of our time in Vietnam. The location was perfect - only being a few minutes walk from the old quarter and the main touristy areas of Hoi An, while also being away from the noisy parts of town during the evening. The bicycles provided allowed us to visit the pottery village, lantern making classes and tailors within a few minutes ride from Truc Loc Villa. We would certainly come back and recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Hoi An.

The location was perfect! 15 minute walk into town but far enough out to not be noisy. Could use the bikes to cycle around and go to the beach. The pool was a big plus as nice to chill in the heat. Staff were so helpful with arranging taxi’s for me and my rooftop room was beautiful!

Great stay at Truc Loc Villa. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk from the centre but still very quiet at night. The swimming pool was a real treat when the temperature got up to the 30's. Really helpful staff who organised tours and transport for us. Would highly recommend.
