For your clarification, at Calista Saigon Hotel, we are pleased to offer complimentary luggage storage in certain situations, such as: - Guests arriving before check-in time wishing to store their luggage temporarily, - Guests checking out but waiting for their flights later in the day, - Or guests going on short tours for one or two days and returning to continue their stay with us. However, according to our hotel policy, for cases where guests have checked out and request to store luggage for several days without an upcoming reservation, we must apply a storage fee. This is mainly to prioritize space for guests currently staying at the hotel. In your case, our staff informed you of the fee in advance, and proceeded with the storage service after receiving your agreement. We truly appreciate your understanding on this matter. The storage fee applied was in accordance with our hotel’s policy. Nonetheless, we deeply apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay.
