Girls at reception seem totally disinterested. Some one tried to get in y room at 4 am woke me up trying a key and the handle. I shouted but they kept trying. They didn't answer my questions just kept trying. I held the handle I guess their key didn't work. Ruined my night. I told the girls at reception the next day. They looked at the camera recording and it showed someone trying to get in. They did nothing more just shrugged shoulders. There is no-one one reception at night from about 8pm so anyone can walk in. Otherwise ok hotel.

The personell does not speak very good english and while they at least seem to try to be helpful, even with google translate and chatgpt, after i have checked out for more than a week i am still unsure if they did not understood some deals or if they just forgot about them afterwards.

The lcoation is ok, its reasonably close to the night market, and has quite a couple of good restaurants around. the personell was very friendly. the room was clean and quite big. the night was mostly quiet and dark, as it should be.

Often there is nobody at the reception desk so if you need anything you can’t get assistance. There isn’t a parking area so you just have to leave your motorcycle outside the property. We were assured it would be safe but they also told us to lock the steering wheel. It’s basically out in the street and when it rains it gets soaked.

Basic clean room. Only sporadic staff at reception but they enabled a late check in by leaving the key on the desk. Good location above the night market. Great little craft beer bar nearby and and the excellent An coffee shop across the street. Simple but good breakfast options. Great value overall.

Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. But our beautiful arched window did not open and the room got very stuffy and hot. Plus no A/C. Other rooms had windows that opened so I would opt for those rooms instead. Location is great. Breakfast is mediocre so I wouldn’t book based on the breakfast inclusion. Also we booked as a family of four but when we asked for our first breakfast they said we only paid for 2 adults for breakfast. This was weird because 4 of us were included on the reservation and there was no option of picking breakfast just for the adults. I was not impressed that they didn’t just offer my kids a complimentary meal.

there were no curtains to hide from city lights, bathroom sealing is super low (but it's just in the highest rooms, with loft) And breakfast is poor. Instant noodles with soya - better both serve breakfast.

No courtesy tea/ coffee (not even mini pack) provided. There are cups, but no spoon's were there to mix the tea or coffee. Not even any water glass? These are very basic things, which should be provided.

The room is spacious with nice town view. The staffs are very helpful and generous.

Housekeeping was not done during our whole stay, despite requesting. We had to ask for new towels daily. When seeking help for booking a bus the staff tried but ultimately told us to go to the bus station so they weren’t of any assistance. Good value for price but customer service definitely lacking.

A nice hotel in a central location. Clean room, nice washroom, and a very comfortable bed (which is not always the case in Vietnam). Lobby has tables for guests and parking is in front of the hotel. Staff at the front desk are helpful. I planned on staying one night but I ended up staying two night. If I come back to Dalat again I will stay here again. Ken from Canada

The room was not soundproof, and the tv set was not working at all. No free drinking water-you have to pay for it.

The location is good, though it requires a bit of navigation here and there to familiarize yourself with the area. They only provided a very simple breakfast upon request, so it's better not to include breakfast in your package. Overall, the stay was good.

Good value, nice and neat room. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Elevator is small for those with large luggages. Location is good, 300m to Hoa Binh Area, 400m to Dalat market. Plenty coffee shops and food shops, especially 5m to An Coffee which is nice and chill place.

Some construction work was done during our stay such that it was a bit noisy. It was a bit weird that at one moment, there was a construction guy doing work outside and looking inside our room through the window in the morning, we would like to know it before hand next time.

Everything was clean and the price for the central location was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We've got a spacious room with a nice view. Completely recommend!

No A/C althoguh I guess most of the time Da Lat has no problem with that Hot water is finished in a very short time and takes a long time to come back, which means you need to shower quickly. But, that is a problem since the flow of water coming from the shower is like a drizzle. So it takes longer to wash off. Besides that the shower is very fancy
