Not much to say here

Very convenient location, close to Walking Street, but very quiet. Responsive host was very helpful. Simple rooms, but with excellent aircon, and clean. You may have to ask for sheets/duvet. Access is through a nail salon, but that's no problem. Outside opening hours there's a key code. The street has lots of street food options, which are popular with locals.

The location and especially the owner Beds were super soft and comfortable Pretty awesome fore the price I'm staying g again in 2 weeks

Location is great and very soundproof, can only hear people walking up the stairs and no noise from the street

Mattress and pillows are very hard

I like that it is quiet. The room was spacious, clean, just as the pictures. Although it was very basic but it has everything we needed.

The only access to the room is by using the staircase. No elevator. I had to carry my 13kg luggage up to our room at 2nd floor.

The room is nice

Friendly & accommodating host - allowing access to our room early & also had suggestions for restaurants, shopping, places to visit, etc. Perfect location just a few minutes to the busy walking street with countless restaurants, and local foods found right in the alley nearby. Bright, clean comfortable room. A little rooftop terrace - nothing fancy - but nice night view

Only one little thing we didn't like - the pillows were quite hard

Awesome location. Located above a nail salon close to the action but nice and quiet. The owner was quick to reply and met me to show me to my room. The room was on the 4th floor. No other rooms on that level, just a little terrace with great city views. Room was as described and nice and clean. The bathroom had good hot water and there was a fridge that worked well.

No lift. The stairs were annoying. The listing said free parking. I had to leave my bike under the bank down the road and I had to pay. It wasn't expensive but I assumed there was parking on site.

Quiet location and close to attractions.

Entrance is though a beauty salon during the day, which is a novelty, if on higher floors the stairs can be tiresome or good exercise.

Great location, comfy bed, excellent recommendation for food and help with organising trips made our stay pleasant and memorable. We would definitely book again when next time in Sai Gon, highly recommended!
