How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

everything was great
Everything was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and always with a smile. the beds were large and comfortable. The rooms were large and clean with high ceilings stable wifi connection for work very close to beach and other restaurants. perfect for work and rest.

The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. They helped us hire a moped which was so helpful and they also did our laundry which was great. The bed was comfy and the facilities good.

The towels were threadbare but clean.
Location is great for the beach and all the restaurants. Front desk staff and the young man who was always there was so helpful and had great English. Young gal who ran the sand which kiosk outside the front door was exceptional. We left a Nang and returned to stay her again.

The only small issue were the beds were are bit hard for us but was fine for our length of stay.
The location is great. We are travelling with a 3 year old so everything takes twice as long to get anywhere which isn't an issue as the beach is just down the road, row of yummy restaurants down the corner to the left and a supermarket to the right and the best part the coffee cart right in the front. Our room was immaculately clean. The staff are amazing and so friendly they really made is feel welcome, we really loved our stay.

The development along the beach road near the hotel. It is literally overwhelming.
All the staff were great. The location was only one block from the beach. There were plenty of good places to eat nearby.

Nice location very close to the beach, clean room and super friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint was that the mattress on my bed was quite uncomfortable, I could feel a few of the springs when lying in certain parts of the bed.

The elevator had a strong smell of mould.
Comfortable hotel and great price. It's well located in Da Nang, staff is friendly, and they also have a laundry service for a fair price (30000 vnd/kg)

they could have cleaned the room better, I found hair on the pillows and trash behind the chair from the previous customers. I had to pay a small amount of fine for making stains on the towel and the alleged stained bed sheet. It wasn’t a lot of money, but they could have told me about the stains earlier, instead of telling me when I checked out,
the location is great, beach is really close by, many restaurants and supermarkets around. The owners are friendly, staff are kind and helpful, receptionists speak good English. They let me change the rooms two times because I couldn’t stand the noise from the construction site next door.

during our stay here there was some construction happening early in the mornings next doorso it was quite loud and when we first walked into the room it smelled off but when we got the ac running the smell disappeared...
The location , price and friendly staff was great.They were certainly accommodating and also had a driver come pick us up from the airport. We liked him so much he ended up being our tour guide and driver for the whole stay. It looks like a family owned and operated business, very clean and safe place and you can't lose when you're paying 35$ can for 2 rooms to accommodate 5 people. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again whenever I am back in Danang.
