Unfortunately the property needs some TLC, the walls and ceilings were quite mouldy and damp. The pool did not look inviting and no one used it the whole time we were there. The property has a lot of potential if the maintenance was kept up. Probably not as luxury as the photos make out!

Host was really accommodating and attentive, helped us book a great cooking class & basket boat experience. Location was within walking distance of the main town, in a quiet area.

The guest is really nice, the room was spacious and had very good location. We booked good tours also through them

No option for card payment, which was unexpected as we gave card details to the booking. The owner took our passports for a night and when we got them back they were damp and curved.

But honestly this place needs an upgrade. Everything is old. Kinda unorganized on the ground floor. The room was very basic and their walls are moldy. It looks like it should cost 200k in Da Nang. But it is near Hoi An ancient town so I guess that’s the price. Free bikes from the hotel.

The owner was nice especially the lady.

Walls and showers were a bit moldy, but the worst part was that the pillows were full of mold (not the cover but the pillow insert, we could see the black mold through the cover) and this is very unhealthy to breathe in. when we asked for a new pillow the host gave us one which had less mold, but still had mold. On the listing and also within the villa were adverts for free bikes but when we wanted to take the bikes the host asked for money. lastly, most times there was no one available at the reception, not even during office hours.

the villa looked nice and the room was big, also had aircon and swimming pool. the host was kind!

They make you take your shoes off but the floor was not clean. The owner of the property several times entered to my room because I had the door open to have some fresh Air to tell me to close the door because of the mosquitos and that made me really uncomfortable.

the whole place is managed not very efficient. when we arrived our room Wasn’t very clean. I. the fridge was so much mould you couldn’t put anything in it. we had to ask more than once for clean towels. when we asked for laundry the brother of the owner (the brother is managing the daily business) just told us all suppliers were busy. we then walked down the street for 3-5 minutes and the first one we asked was happy than to have our money and our laundry. if you don’t mind to ask for anything a couple of times it’s a value for money place. keep in mind that there are no real doors to the bathrooms. it’s built into the rooms. so if you don’t mind listening to your travel partner taking a dump (it’s only glass doors, not attached to the ceiling, no rooms for mystery there) and a very bad isolation so that the humidity of the air crawls into every layer of your luggage and asking for everything it’s ok to stay there. you can even use the pool if it’s not the day when they freshly chlorined it very generously

the location is very good - you can reach everything you need by foot.

The toilet and bathroom have no privacy. They are in direct view from the beds and do not have bolts. The doors are opaque but not entirely. There should at least be curtains segregating the beds and the glass walls of toilet and bathroom.

The lady whose home it is super friendly and helpful. They helped arrange tours for us and gave us better price than the market. The room size was good.

The pool was green the day that I arrived, like marsh. After few days I saw some kids swim in (I hope they are fine) and then the pool was kinda clean. The room had a window above the bed that had no inner glass doors, just the blinders that didn't close as they were broken. I was afraid that the mice from the backyards will climb into my room. The bed was full of ants, I sprayed it everyday with the lotion that I had for bugs. I stayed 6 nights in total, they never cleaned the room, I had to ask for even new towels or toilet paper. The owner was kinda audacious. Asking weird questions about personal things, crossing boundaries as I the only time that I spoked to him was on check in. Spent almost half of my nights sleeping at my friends and he was asking me if I had a "happy" night.

The property looks nothing like the photos, the pool is dirty and in the shade most of the day and the area around the pool isn’t pleasant.

The guy made us pay 50k per kg of laundry (already expensive) and then told us we had 4.5kg instead of ~3 usually for the same amount of clothes. Not honest, not cool. The place is alright apart from this guy.

We had an absolutely horrifying experience. The room was infested with mold, the smell was unbearable, and the overall condition was disgusting. The pool was filthy and clearly neglected. Cleanliness throughout the entire property was beyond unacceptable – it was revolting. I strongly advise against coming here under any circumstances

Rooms were extremely damp, bed felt wet, nothing would dry and loads of mold in the bathroom. The owner banged on our door at 1:30-am repeatedly because we accidentally left the light on on the balcony.

Laundry service was a bit expensive (50k per kg when local providers are half that) and the pool was far too dirty to be used.

Comfortable bed, good sized room, good AC, nice bathroom.
