Food at the hotel is good and reasonable. With free bicycles we could visit a beautiful temple, other tourists places and restaurants around.

Very nice experience staying at Rustic. The owners picked us up from where the bus shuttle had dropped us. The rooms are very stylish, clean and comfortable. The area is unique and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I recommend!

The accommodation was great but it would have been nice to be able to open the windows as we’re not crazy about A/C.

The food was incredible - perhaps the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The staff went out of their way to get fresh fish for us from the market and the cooking- including the Vietnamese sweet treats - was amazing. We loved the rustic, peaceful environment and really enjoyed the boat trip and cycling trip they offered us.

The grounds are incredible. It’s like an entirely different world inside the gates - lush and beautiful. The staff, especially Emily, were very helpful and friendly. Emily was very available in person and on what’s app. The hotel’s floating markets tour was excellent and highly recommended.

I can’t say much because on Booking I confused this place with another one which is nearby and with a similar name. So in the end I didn’t stay here but I stayed in the other place. Despite this the staff were very kind and understood my mistake and they still showed me the rooms which are brand new, modern style, and looked very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful location, stunning gardens and fantastic service. We stayed here for 2 nights on our way through the Mekong. I can honestly say from start to finish the service was outstanding due to the exceptional Duc Long. He was helpful, courteous, informative and knowledgeable, and made our stay there an experience we will never forget. He arranged a private boat tour to the Cai Rang floating market which was just amazing. We learnt so much about the Mekong, the culture and the history of the Vietnamese from him. I would highly recommend this exceptional place during your stay in the Mekong

Sometimes a bit hard to find for grabs, which meant you had to get a taxi with them. Bit more expensive. Tour was good but also quite expensive. They sometimes were a bit pushy. Check in was weird: the room was free but they did not want to give us the key. Credit card payment was very problematic all of a sudden. Not much to do. Swimming pool was not very clean and was merely that (no chairs or whatever). Rooms could be a bit cleaner as well.

It's very messy and unorganized. Staff never came to clean the room, check-in and check-out were unnecessarily chaotic and the same happened for the meals. The rooms could get some maintenance, especially the showers. The place is hard to find as the address does not show up correctly on Grab

The hotel has lots of potential, it's surrounded by beautiful nature, there are free bycicles and the staff is really nice and willing to help. The rooms are cute and quiet

the lodging area is located about 300 meters from the front of a the property. the brick pathway is narrow, winding and dimly lighted at night. moving any wheeled luggage to your bungalow is difficult but they try to compensate for this by having the staff transport your belongings via a gas engine powered boat to a dock near your stay. however, this is sometimes difficult if the water level in the channel is too low. another issue was the availability of hot water in the bungalow, hot or even warm water took a long time or just didn’t arrive at all, probably due to the 300 long pipes - a better solution would have been to use tankless or flash hot water heater’s at the point of use, the result would have been nearly instant hot water

dining arrangements consisted of widely spaced, individual raised and covered platforms. food was brought by the servers to the dining platform for the meal. the dining platform and the table and chairs could accommodate approximately 8 to 10 diners with adequate space for the meal set up and the servers

The place would have been perfect if it had a pool

Mekong Rustic is a hidden gem. Great location at the end of a lovely orchard and close to town and beautiful scenery for bike trips. Excellent breakfast is included and great food can be ordered for lunch and dinner. Upon arrival you will be picked up for a lovely little boat trip to your large and clean room with views of a beautiful garden from your private terrace. But best of all was Long, who went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable, and who took us on a fantastic boat trip to the floating market and a bicycle tour of the lush farming country near the property. Long went out of his way to make our stay fabulous!
