Could do with a sign post or directions on where to find them as we had to ask a few people. Also, there are no showers, so it's a "campers" wash in the toilets. However, the toilets were exceptionally clean. Was woken in the morning by what sounded like someone taping boxes outside our door.

Lovely compact pod ideal for our overnight stay whilst waiting for our connecting flight. Bunk beds, TV, refreshments all you could ask for. The staff were super friendly. Helped us book a Grab Taxi to take us out for the afternoon into Hanoi centre. Would use again & definitely recommend to anyone who is in transit.

Bathrooms outside the area just not in the sleep pod facility, so they were regular airport toilets for all public

Walls are thin and you can hear next door so earplugs are recommended.

It is early June and it is quite hot in general, the centralized air condition is not cooling at all. There is only a small fan in the room and it is not able to move/circulate the air around.

It is easy to find the location. There is a few restaurant on the same floor. The public toilet is just opposite the sleep pods. Security is ok.

No bathroom no toilet. Need use the airport public toilet which really not convenient.

Located at 2nd floor. Even super small but good enough to get a sleep for next day transit flight. Lots of restaurants on 3rd floor.

Location could have been signposted better, it was 1am and I struggled to find it at first. You hear noise between pods which is a bit distracting. The fan can be quite loud as you sleep. No shower at nearest toilet however there are lovely showers if you pay for the busines lounge. Accomidation price for Vietnam felt quite high.

Staff were great, location was perfect. They provid water and biscuits and tissues and a toothbrush. Location is close to public toilets and in a quiet part of the airport. 5 minute walk to check in/security.

The soundproofing is not very good - I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly (although they were speaking in a different language so I had no idea what they were talking about). The room was also a tad stuffy/

I liked the location, being in the airport but a bit out of the way, and close to a set of bathrooms that's rarely used so it's very clean.

Not much- it surpassed our expectations so that was great. We knew on advance we had to use very close by public toilets ( actually upstairs away from the airport crowds) and no showers so our expectations were well managed x if you do want a shower you can pay to use the airport lounge after check in.

We had a quick overnight flight connection in Hanoi and this option proved to be just perfect for us. Comfy beds and actually a fairly quiet nights sleep considering we were in an airport! Check in very smooth. Toilets nearby and constantly being cleaned- I think even over night?

The pods are not very well insulated and you can hear noises from the neighbouring pods. No showers.

Very clean and comfortable, despite the small size. the pods are in a quieter area of the airport. There was free water in the pod and some toiletries. Very easy check in and check out. Washroom close by Food options very close.

Located within Terminal 2 before Security Control. Very convenient since I get to rest there before my 1:00 am flight.

Only minor issue were lack of private washrooms and no shower facilities.

Comfortable. Noise level low. The attendant was friendly helpful. Let us stay bit longer after checkout as we didn’t arrive until hours after initial booking due to airline delay. Good customer service.

Pods are for sleeping so they won't have much space for huge luggage. There is a luggage storage right across the pods in case you need it.

Clean and concise sleeping pod inside the terminal (before security). Very friendly and helpful staff helped me sort through a booking error I had made. The staff warned me it could be noisy inside the cabin and gave me earplugs, but I did not find it too noisy at all. Very comfortable waiting for my early morning flight.

Great value for money and very easy, perfect if you have an early flight. No shower did make it slightly difficult, however for a short stopover it is ideal!

The toilets was outside of the pod, 30m away, but we were forewarned, and it's logical: you couldn't get a bathroom into that tight space. Everything else was extremely functional.

Exactly what I wanted, a clean comfortable place to sleep. You couldn't be closer to Hanoi airport! I would recommend.

There is no shower or private bathrooms.

I like that it’s in the airport and near the restroom plus restaurants. You don’t have to worry about getting to the airport from your hotel outside the airport. You can also rest beforehand and not be in a rush.

The overall vibe of the sleep pod was great. The Staff was wonderful and the room appeared fresh and new.

The pod was great! There wasn't a shower. It would help to have a bit more specific details about the location, as to whether it is after immigration and customs or not. Luckily, many people working at the airport knew where it was located.
