Dear Paula, Thank you so much for supporting us and taking the time to share your kind comments. We were very happy to hear your positive feedback by giving us .... points for our sleep pod service. Thats all put smiles on our faces for the rest of the day. However, we are also sorry to hear that your satisfaction had not been fully met yet because of the bathroom facility. For background, there were no plans for a room hire service inside any of the airports in Vietnam until our sleep pods were installed and available for use back in 2014. Unfortunately, there was no space that we could rent and set up an independant bathroom facility for our guests use near to the pods. Whilst the pods are very convenient and comfortable, regretably they cannot have a bathroom service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in your last stay, but we are now trying to make our service better. We hope in the future, the airport authority will make some renovations and so that we can have space to provide a bathroom service dedicated to our valuable guests. Thats all put smiles on our faces for the rest of the day. However, we are also sorry to hear that your satisfaction had not been fully met yet because of the bathroom facility. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us about your recent stay in Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi, Vietnam. We were sorry to hear that your stay at our establishment did not meet your expectations. In your letter, you stated that our service did not have a bathroom. For background, there had been no plans for a room hire service inside any of the airports in Vietnam until our sleep pods were installed and available for use back in 2014. Whilst the pods are very convenient and comfortable, regretably they cannot have a bathroom service. They are primarily suitable for short stays and thats a reason in all online travel booking websites that we use to sell our sleep pod service such as Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia, we published this information: “The bathroom is not available on our property; Shared toilet is available in the airport”. We hope in the future, the airport authority will make some renovations and so that we can have a space to provide a bathroom service dedicated to our valuable guests. Please accept our sincere apologies for the given unfortunate experience you had with this matter at VATC SleepPod. We do appreciate your understanding on this situation. Thank you very much for your honest and candid review of your experience with VATC SleepPod. In the review you marked … points for the value for money but didn’t give us any extra information to assist us understand your case better. We organized a review of your concern with our receptionist and checked our records. However, we did not see any confusion about prices. We were very sorry to hear that your stay at our sleep pod did not meet your expectation at the price charged. As you may know all services in international airports are quite expensive due to high rentals and operational costs. Room rates at VATC SleepPod including the snack and drinks are reasonable and competitive. We offer payment for room hire at hourly or whole day package rates. It is possible to rest for a whole day (up to 22 hours) at a price equivalent to just 5 hours rental and we guarantee the lowest whole day package prices for you at Noi Bai International Airport. We hope that you appreciate this aspect of our service but if the issues were other than those mentioned please do clarify further so we may address them and can serve you better in the future. We are sorry that the quality of your stay at VATC SleepPod didnt meet your expectation. All the unpleasantness you have experienced does not reflect the service we wish to offer. As you know the sleep pods are located in the public area of Noi Bai International Airport. There is always some general back ground noise around. The time you stayed with us the airport was under going a renovation programme. We believe the noise of drilling, welding and chiselling machines affected your sleep which was outside of our control but we are so sorry for it. We organized a review of your concern with our staffs. Your feedback has been also shared with VATC SleepPod Team as well as Quality Control Department of Noi Bai International Airport. We ensure that the points raised are dealt with and the noise problem will be fixed very soon.
