Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe decor in the lobby and the rooms very bland. Not colourful. Feels cold. The breakfast was fine but the meals, especially the western meals were not up to Western standard. Need a better chef that has had western style cooking experience. Like the chef at Azure restaurant in Ansagna hotel (Dhawa) The staff at reception were very helpful and spoke good English. The staff in the restaurant need to learn English. Transport from Ho Chi Min City was difficult and we made mistake. Can you clarify in your advertisement on Booking sites how to get to the hotel from HCM without a car? Lucky the reception staff arrange transport to airport after our stay. We really loved the pool, of course! We were luck to get a good deal. Transport was the main problem as expensive to get to resort by car. I tried to book a Red Bus but missed the bus so had to pay a millionVD to get to resort. I think my bus would actually have taken me to Van Thau. It was my own fault but I had not enough information how to use a bus to get to resort. .

VietnamBecause the resort was empty, the general vibe was a mix of The Shining and a Russian government building from the seventies. The name itself suggests it: "Viet-Sov-Petro". My bad for not picking up on that. The prices absolutely do not reflect the quality of either drinks nor food. Our room could've used some fresh air, it smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Especially the wardrobe gave quite a whiff of the latter when opened. Same goes for the robes provided. That said, we simply kept the door open for a bit and the issue was solved. I could close an eye on everything mentioned before but what really annoyed us was the beach, or lack thereof. See the pictures attached to this review for yourself
The staff was very friendly. As it wasn't too busy, at our arrival we had a room upgrade and that was very appreciated. It's probably been the biggest room I've ever had in any previous resort I visited. The swimming pool is exactly as the pictures advertised. The room had a huge balcony and that's surely a plus.

United KingdomThe surrounding area is poor. May improve if the development in the area is finished and more tourism brought to the area. Nothing to do in the immediate area, bit like a ghost town at the moment

SpainThe beach is not really nice and difficult to access. Also, guests were quite noisy and not very clean, smoking and throwing cigarette butts in the children area. Nobody told them anything.
Breakfast was great, the location is good by the sea and the pool is very nice.

CanadaThe beach was not clean. It also does not provide any amenities(chairs, umbrellas). The path to the beach is not elder-friendly. It is very slippery and not accessible. It is too far out of the way from the resort. The wi-fi does not work. It has terrible reception and rarely connects.
The spacious rooms The food was decent.

United KingdomWhile the outside of the building is decorated with pretty flowers, the experience inside is underwhelming and outdated. The rooms are large and have bath tubs with noisy boilers, but they didn't make up for the other shortcomings of the feeling of the hotel, unfortunately not having any character. Please note you will not be able to swim in the sea as there is no beach anymore due to sea level rising.
Pretty flowers, pretty garden and pool around the outside of the building and large rooms with bath tubs. The staff assisted with ordering taxis, which was very helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of options.
