Breakfast on second and third morning very basic: almost all juices were unavailable, only white bread with egg and jam, no fresh fruit, no croissant. No buffet formula on second and third morning. Why not ask the evening before the choices for the breakfast? Very disappointing breakfast.

Breakfast was served 6.30-9.30, but if you went at 8.30 onwards, the breakfast had been cleared, and you were given a menu to choose from, not a buffet.

Clean, good facilities, although slightly tired and in need of updating. Situated in lovely gardens and has a nice Bistro on site with a limited menu.

What a beautiful and romantic boutique hotel to stay in Da Lat!! It has every French, vintage and floral vibe that soothe my soul!! All these floral pictures on the listing were literally taken in their backyard! The service was top notch! They had a welcome sign to greet us when we first arrived to make us feel like home! The staff were very attentive. Right after our driver parked at the front door, they rushed over to help us with our luggages. Besides breakfast (with a huge menu) that was served in their beautiful diner, they also served freshly baked cookies every single day served to our room! The hotel is also very clean. Not only in our room, the hallway is clean. They also have a little common area upstairs for us to sit down and look over the balcony. They pay attention to the little things that make us feel like home!! They also have a beautiful little coffee shop with French vibes in front of the hotel. I have to say we had the best experience here compared to all the bookings I have in my Vietnam trip and we had been to 3 different cities. It has been on my bucket list for years when my friend stayed here for their honeymoon. I guess I will never stay any where else next time I go to Da Lat.

Great location, nice hotel, nice room. On my first visit to DaLat I didn't stay here but I came a few times to the café/bistro at the front of this hotel, so decided to try the hotel this time. It's a great option - comfortable and clean, water and fruit provided on arrival, good bathroom and water pressure. Breakfast was provided but I was leaving early so didn't get to try it. Location is near to the summer palace so it's easy to find and easy to get taxi/grab if you don't want to walk into town (about 20 mins walk, depending where you're going). Would definitely come here again.

Some rooms are without fan, might be hot during the day. At night, if you open the window, can hear free karaoke and noise from nearby restaurants. Would be lovely if they have some bigger rooms for family to stay.

Rooms are cozy, well designed and eco friendly. Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is limited but well prepared and delicious. Kudos for fresh fruit juice!

- NO WATER!!! 1st day no water, we have to call out to staff for maintenance. 2nd day no hot water during evening time. 3rd day no water morning time. - Sound Proof and door problem. No sound proof. All the doors have issue and to close it guests have to slam it shut. Imagine having to listen to all guest slamming their doors shut while you’re staying to sleep… I had a stay at Bich Dao in 2018 and fell in love with this cosy romantic cottage. The place became popular thanks to influencers. Came back in 2023 just to see the quality plummeting…

- Good location: not too busy, close to Crazy House, the 3rd summer palace - Romantic garden, romantic room design. - Friendly helpful staff - Mappa cafe is a nice addition to the property.
