VietnamShould have more signage or staff to guide guests. Breakfast had good options, although some food (yogurt, fruits, cheese) were store in the chiller area, which was good hygiene, but hard to access because of the glass door. The outside area was quite hard to find and I can't see any signage to guide me to that area.
I like the well equipped gym and the curtain in my room, it helped block all the light very well so I can have a good sleep. The staff were very friendly too.

Great location. Funky hotel with great atmosphere and background music. Very clean. Great size rooftop pool. Stag super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room big and airy. Location was great. Restaurant was a good respite during the monsoon rain. Board games for the kids to stay entrained.

Most comfortable bed in Vietnam. Nice sheets, good pillows. Clean. LOVE the flexible check out time (i checked in at 4pm which means check out is also 4pm), very very convinient. Good location. Friendly english speaking staff, shoutout to Kain and Phu at the reception who did their very best to be of help :)

Location and cleaness were good with a nice view from the wide window. Very good wi-fi connection in the room. They offered to prepared breakfast boxes for us at 5am, and most importantly we could check-out very late in the afternoon, so we could take a shower and a nap after returning from our morning visit at the floating market. It's a plastic-free hotel which is great and not so common in Vietnam.
