The hotel is very well located. It is close to everything. The stuff is incredibly amazing. They are very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good. I do recommend it for anyone.

Brakfast can be bit better. Dont expect super selection but you can find something to eat.

I do admire this hotel for its 24 hour stay. You check out in same time you checked in before. No need for late checkout payment. Rooms are bit small but very efecient. Comfortable bed with good pillows and shower like jungle waterall.

Only a suggestion to maybe look at changing the breakfast options more frequently. Breakfast was great, after 10 days it felt a bit repetitive. In saying that, at home I have the same breakfast most days! I guess while away, expectations are high

All the staff were excellent, very attentive, polite and professional and went the extra mile to assist with whatever we needed. The rooms were great, the beds super comfortable, and pillows fantastic. Inclusive breakfast was great. Laundry facilities are super, the gym is so good! The hotel is very close to the dragon bridge, Vitcom mall and numerous restaurants on the riverside. Rooftop pool and bar are lovely, what a view!

The breakfast contains mostly asian cuisine, as it being visited by koreans, chinese, vietnamese, but almost none food for europeans. The AC does not function smoothly, it can be loud, then in time it turns off until temperature increase. The room design is not too considered, as a guest could dusturb other if lighted up the bathroom at night.

New hotel, comfy bed and room furniture, excellent staff. The location is convenient to see both the city and the beach. Appreciated the laundry for only 100k, very helpful. Cool bar on the top of the building. Fast Wi-Fi. No problem to charge your e-bike.

Fairly cramped & pricey for Vietnam. Breakfast was average.

All staff are very attentive & helpful. 24hr stay allows you to check in at anytime on your date of arrival as long as you’re able to check out by the same time on the departure date.

Loved the hotel and the room. The staff are very friendly at the help desk with a good self-check-in system. The room itself is very modern and stylish. The hotel has excellent facilities including a gym and laundry on the 4th floor. There’s also a cool bar and swimming pool on the top floor with a view of the entire city.

TV is in a weird position if you want to watch it from the couch, even though it pulls out you still have to angle yourself. However we were not there to watch TV so minor issue really. Also there are plenty of staff at the pool bar during the day but they won't serve (not even juice) till 5pm which I thought was a bit strange.

The location and view are fabulous. Breakfast is varied and abundant. The rooms are clean and appreciated the kitchen facilities and lounge area. We had a very pleasant stay. Pool has amazing views too. There is also a large WinMart nearby.

Could use more western selections at breakfast. Bacon, sausage, waffle and pancakes. Had a hard time figuring out how to control hot water in shower. Some simple instructions would be helpful.

Excellent location, many minimarts, restaurants and coffee shops within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Nice rooftop bar with view of dragon bridge. Good breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff.
