The location is quite remote, although we did love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In the gym, the bike needs some attention, it was very loud and didn't operate as it should. It also appeared that the beach area at the hotel was being renovated so we were abit disappointed that we couldn't use the beach.

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff are very attentive and helpful! The staff in the dining room are amazing and so friendly. Dinner at the resort was nice and they put on a special Christmas dinner which we appreciated. Our private pool was fantastic, nice and big and the spa was wonderful! Our whole family had a massage and it was one of the best massages we have ever had!! We used the gym also and while small it was adequate to get a workout in.

Transportation system of resort was unreliable, sometimes promised transportation did not come. Also had to pay extra for kid's breakfast even we have booked room for 2+1 in Booking.com. A bit far away from everywhere.

Pools and beach were great. Food excellent. Clean room and hotel facilities. Nice staff. Enjoyed the staying. Own shared pool with 3 other apartments nice extra.

the beach area was under construction and the whole area around the resort is kind of a big construction side. although there are so many roads to town, you are only allowed to use one main road, otherwise guards will kindly ask you to turn around for no reason.

Service was very good, the whole staff is extremly nice and helpful. rooms are really lovely, super clean and spacious.

Far from city center. No local restaurants at walking distance. Not close to the beach, pool is nice though. And I am sure one of the hotel golf carts could drop you off.

Beautiful room (amazing bathroom)with private pool, large enough for a swim. Friendly staff, excellent food and well kept gardens. Resort was very quiet, not enough guests for a buffet breakfast, but the a la carte breakfast menu was perfect, also for European taste. 15min drive from the Cam Ranh Airport. Resort is very secluded.

There is zero around. It’s even hard to get a taxi to come pick you up. You need to go everywhere by golf cart as it’s so big. Because it was difficult to go out, I ate all meals at the hotel but the restaurant was not very good. Staff not as friendly as many other places in Vietnam. Before I could check out they sent someone to check the room. Seemed weird, I guess it was to check for damages but it was slightly offensive.

The rooms were huge and the property was gorgeous. The hotel was full but I had the pool to myself. Beautiful but it was a shame. The beach was also empty. Would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant but I guess it doesn’t make sense if no one uses it. If you want somewhere where no one can find you, this is the place.

The food is bellow the average hotel standard around, your Buffet on evening dinner is really poor not really worth the price, for the morning breakfast buffet it is also under the expected standard for this kind of hotel, something important to mention is that you should have a coffee machine in breakfast, this is not normal that we are served cold coffee from the back kitchen...

The staff is very welcoming, the swimming pools and the beach club are very good , you should consider a pool bar near the swimming pool. The Rooms are also amazing with the swimming pool inculuded

Bad experience, power cut frequently, air conditions in most room not work, too far from the beach, management is not good (difficult to get the shuttle, too small breakfast room)

The resort was a little too secluded meaning there were no options other than to eat within the hotel. It was also extremely quiet when we meant it was not as atmospheric as the great facilities deserved!

The facilities were fantastic - beautiful apartments and then lovely pools & beach club facilities. The staff (in particular driver Shin) were helpful and everything was finished to a high level. The bath and amenities in the room were really fabulous too.
