AustraliaGreat central location, access to cafes and restaurants. Large room with huge and very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with large bath and bench space (which you need in a bathroom). Tea and coffee facilities, small fridge and TV. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast options- eggs, Banh Mi or cereal (choose the Banh Mi). Staff were lovely and took great care of us. They’re eager to book taxis, guided tours and suggest places to eat and shop. Highly recommend!

A small, cozy hotel within walking distance of the old town. Walking can be tough in the heat, but you can always grab a Grab. For breakfast, there are several options to choose from, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and ready to assist with anything. An excellent hotel for the price.

We had a fantastic stay at Zen Boutique Villa Hoi An. We stayed in a twin room with a balcony, which was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The pool downstairs is stunning, and was a great place to relax. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the local area. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and gave us great local recommendations that really made our trip. The breakfast was absolutely stunning – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A peaceful, comfortable stay in a great location, with a warm and welcoming team. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The staff were so lovely and answered any questions that we had for them, and also gave us heaps of great recommendations. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE, every morning we were served fresh fruit, homemade yoghurt and pancakes PLUS a choice of a main meal whether that be a Bahn Mi or a noodle dish. Free bicycle use, cold beautiful pool and a lovely meditation room. Could not recommend enough!

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were amazing they went above and beyond all the time. The pool was amazing after the hot days that Hoi An gets. Their breakfast was one of if not the best we've ever had from a hotel. Loved chatting with Vy and Huong, who work here and they took care of everything including recommending a few shops and activities. The Villa itself is a work of art and only a couple minute scooter ride away from the heart of old town, which meant we could rest well.

United KingdomThe hotel is on a road and there is traffic noise and occasional horns from large vehicles, but it’s Vietnam so this can’t always be helped.
A really calm, wonderful villa outside of the busy Old Town. The team working there are so friendly and kind, and seem to really care about your stay and comfort. The breakfast was thoughtful and tasty, the room was generous and the bed was very comfortable too. An added bonus was the free bike hire to explore the area.

The staff are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They make an effort to cater for your personal breakfast preferences and book taxis and trips for guests. The room is comfortable, spacious, light and super clean. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area just outside the old town - the river is just a fifteen to twenty minute walk away. The beach is about five kms away - a short taxi ride. This was our second stay and they have kept up their high standards.
