A beautiful hidden gem in HCM. The rooms are spacious and bright. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the location was great! It is located above a matcha shop which serves exceptional drinks at a discounted price for guests. For any matcha lovers, this is the place to stay!!

Room with ensuite was very nice, was clean. Location was very nice in district 1, with many tourist spots accessible via walking. Discounts in the matcha shop downstairs were very nice!!

We never met the managers of the accomodation, only the matcha shop workers who didn't know much about the rooms, but it was all worked out easily anyway!

Great little hotel, very close to Walking st and very large room with great water pressure and hot water... Highly recommend for the price

The room was well lit and in a great location. The wifi worked for my video calls and there was a working space.

The coffee shop at the bottom floor was very close to my room so all the noise and music came through. There was no way to open the window for fresh air. And the place was not very clean. Main things like toilet and bed were clean but the walls and floors looked pretty gross, like they never get cleaned.

Realy didn't expect the good and clean house. We love stay here. The only things is we can't find the actual hostel at first time but it is okay. Thanks to the owner and the very kind staffs that attend us. Will happy to stay here again if we are in Ho Chi Minh City.

Location is perfect. Design of the room is good. 24-hours available entrance

The room need some TLC. Ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work. The lights in the middle of ceiling were flickering after being turned off.

Although the room might not be in great condition it was comfortable to sleep. Big size bed and air conditioner with hair fan was everything I needed. Even if there are some minuses I do not count them as a bad because what it is now is actually great for its price. Just stay informed that the stairs are narrow since it is a room above small coffee shop.

If I just to add I think the walls need to be painted and there is no trash can which can be inconvenient since we did not know where to throw it

Cheap price but a decent place.

The stuff was nice, they helped with heavy luggage to lift it up. And when we asked for another blanket they brought it. There was a refilled bottle of water every day.

We arrived earlier and were waiting check in time, we're not able to check in earlier even with a pay. At 14:00 the room was still not ready, a lot of dust under beds and fridge, had to clean a bit by ourselves. There were no toilet paper, we have to ask for it and wait. Also the bli ds on the window were broken, was not possible to close them...

Good location, clean, ideal for a couple of nights, there was a good smell in the room

the entrance is in a matcha shop (also the place where you pay - first they said only cash but in the end we found the paypal qr-code) the matcha shop / entrance to the stairs are so tight it was difficult to get in with our backpacks also there is a church close to the building that was very loud at random times in the night Walking up the 4th floor was hard but for the money is ok. The light was not working properly so walking up/down the dark stairs was a bit difficult at times

Shower drain didn't work, instead drained by the toilet. Sink had no pipes just dripped into the cabinet and down to drain by the toilet Room was not particularly clean

Good WiFi

There was ants all over and even in the fridge. The fridge also look like it had never been cleaned full of dead ants it was disgusting, as well as someone’s old plaster had been left half on the wall. There is no parking so you have to go across the road and it quite expensive. No lift

The photo is much better than the original. Waiting for the price everything was good. Clean laundry. Hot water. Internet is. Location is good.

What is the deal with matcha shop downstairs? Manager is only accessible via booking/whatsapp and redirects to matcha shop workers, but they do not know anything... At the end everything was fine, but just strange..
