Your reservation was for a Private Waterfront Marquee, which is listed as a ‘Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Seaview’. In contrast, the Deluxe Waterfront Marquee is categorized as a ‘Superior King Room.’ Your booking dates had both room types available, the rate differences would have been very noticeable. If this rate distinction was overlooked by you at the time, you made your booking, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you today upon leaving the property. Our breakfast menu including others, are thoughtfully portioned, and to give you even more hearty options, we happily offer 50% off our hot breakfast menu! We are sorry if it didn't meet your expectations and appreciate your constructive feedback for future improvements. While some of our higher-end rooms do feature air conditioning, we understand how challenging the tropical heat can be.
