One of our rooms shower and water pressure was non existent and needed fixing. Could not have a shower or flush the toilet (within 10min of using it). You cannot walk out on the Main Street after dark, too many pack of dogs roaming. You scare one dog away and 20 of them return literally looking opportunities. It's crazy. Carpark is not big enough for the hotel but like many things in Samoa, you make do with what you have. Try not to park at the front on the Main Street after dark, it's too dark and the dogs are a real issue on this street.

Great location, 5min from Town, great staff (Lole is exceptional). Pricing is fair and suiting what's on offer. The pool area is great! The chemist and wellness centre onsite is a bonus for outsiders travelling to Samoa.

The room number 6 I stayed in had no hot water and the windows don't have locks. I wanted to have a dip in the pool but the water wasn't clean enough for me

Breakfast could have been better. Stale cornflakes, no juice, really just toast and jam and a bit of fruit. Television didn’t work and ugly cords hanging down.

The only concern I had with this property was lack of parking space. I had to back up on the road or back up into the parking lot which can be hard at times, esp during clinic open hours.

This property is in a great location, away from town but not too far away, it has access to the main highway that connects to everything else. This property also has its own pharmacy and clinic, which is a plus in my book, esp for us traveling.. we might need to get otc medicine in case you get sick or may have forgotten medicine at home.

Im not sure this is a good or bad thing but the air-conditioning was way too good and i did not have a remote to adjust it in the room. I did have two beds in my rooms so i just to the bedding from the extra bed when i was cold in the night.

Friendly staff and security guard, took my bags to my room upstairs and then to get someting to eat quite late at night after a long day of travel delays :) Thank you

The staff although welcoming were not confident on what process to follow for check in, the young lady got the names of each guest wrong more than twice. No working elevator for those that might be physically limited when climbing stairs. The bathroom of room 5 we were allocated to had already used face towels hanging in the shower & used foot towels as well.

They managed to get us in when our other accomodation fell thru. Nice social area out the back to meet other guests Location - pizza shop & supermarket within walking distance. 5mins drive to town.
