Location was handy to Apia and with high temp we enjoyed the aircon. Very peaceful, has a big open fale at the back we can access anytime for some.fresh air. Has its own laundromat and dryer and the owner can do it for.you at a cost. Very helpful staff .

AustraliaCleanliness: The room was clean, however there was only a communal medium-sized bin outside the room. One night, I heard some banging outside our room and found the bin overturned with its contents strewn all over the floor. I assume the dogs on-site must've gotten to it. This wasn't a huge deal as we resorted to buying rubbish bags for our room. Having rubbish bins in each room would be convenient for guests, especially since the rooms are not serviced during their stay. NB: I'm not sure if this is available upon request because I never asked about the possibility of having the room serviced. Comfort: The door and room window had no screens. A mosquito/fly net was hanging from the door, but it was ineffective because the mechanism that would have secured it to the wall was either missing or had been taken out. The only option for fresh air was to leave the bathroom door open. Three small tables - including the round table which served as a stand for the mini bar fridge - seemed excessive for the little space available. Instead of using a shaky outside table to house the refrigerator, perhaps a modest unit could be installed and placed in the corner to house the fridge and kettle. Facilities: The hot water shower was inconsistent, and the drainage was poor since, even with low water pressure, water would build up during each shower. There isn't much ventilation because the bathroom only has a window and no exhaust fan. The room's painting and general workmanship appear to have been completed in a rushed manner. The photos could be updated to better reflect the current state of the place. My support for local Samoan family-owned businesses is unwavering and will always involve providing feedback where I feel improvement is needed. This place has potential and can improve significantly with tender loving care. Fa'afetai.
Quadruple Room booked for 3 nights. Location - Only a couple minutes' drive from Apia city centre and Fugalei Market. Comfort - Airconditioned. Mini bar fridge (appx 50L). Host - The host was bubbly and friendly to deal with.

AustraliaTheir service is not good Lots of things adding on their advertisement like breakfast,microwave but there’s nothing happened when i arrived.In the room when i arrived there was no microwave and no kettle for cup of tea Plates and cups as well as folks and knives looks rusty and old. There are leaks in the bathroom,when you turn on the shower the water running slow to shower it seems like the owner try to to save the water but it was not good for the sake of the customer.Since i arrived only 1 toilet paper from the 10 days i arrived. I bought some toilet papers because i hardly see her around to ask for a toilet paper. Even though if I’m not asking for toilet paper but she has to use her mind to replace toilet paper every day in our room.
I don’t like the service of this hotel I was expecting their service to changed my linen in 3 days since i arrived however they change my linen about a week The owner and 2 of her workers changed my linen and the same day they changed my linen someone of her and her worker stole my Apple Watch with the charger on the table I did informed the owner about my watch but she didn’t care to solve the problem. I ended up lodged my complaining to the police. Owner’s attitude was not appropriate according to dealing with customers. She’s kind of rude and disrespectful She quickly collecting money from the customer but she never think to have a good response when something happened

AustraliaThe bed felt uncomfortable, with an unpleasant sensation similar to bugs crawling on my body. The curtains on one side of the room were visible from outside, which posed a privacy concern. Upon stepping onto the balcony, I realized that someone could easily see me changing inside the room. Communication was inconsistent, particularly when attempting to contact staff via phone. I had an early flight back to Australia, so I set my alarm for 2:30am to get resdy. When I woke up, the lights were off, which was puzzling since the street lights outside were still on. I had to use my phone's flashlight to get ready. Fortunately, the shower was working, but I was quite disappointed by the overall situation. When my brother came to pick me up, the host collected my luggage from the room, which was considerate. I asked her if the power outages were frequent, and she responded that they usually weren’t. It seemed the power might be intentionally turned off to save money. The website listed one price, but upon arrival, the host quoted me a slightly higher amount, which I accepted. However, I was disappointed when she did not return with my change of $11 after promising to do so. Given her large purse that day, I found it surprising that she didn't have the change readily available. Even when I left in the morning, she made no mention of my change. I didn't bother asking her about it, assuming she was unwilling to return it. Such conduct is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment. Photos on the website don't match what is there, in my opinion. I paid $150 for the room that night. I'm definitely not going there again.

The room we booked was not what we received upon arrival however rectified next day after we advised we wanted to leave. In need of significant TLC, Not serviced at all - stayed for 5nights, warm showers take time to kick in. Note: there are on-site dogs that bark at night, which could be unsettling for those not used to it.

Australia- False advertisement photos online to what we were presented with. - The accommodation internally and externally needed tlc. - Showers were warm for two days the remaining 5 days cold showers - the top floor had an unpleasant smell maybe a plumbing issue ? - The Towels were ripped and the bed sheets were stained. - Lastly the wifi worked for only 3 days out of the 7 we stayed.
Aircon were working fine, location was good easy to travel too and from. Very affordable.
