Beach front rooms. Friendly staff.

Cats roam around at night at sometimes cry at the room door or you can hear them fighting outside your windows. A bit of maintenance needed to bring some life back into the place.

Staff were very helpful sorting out an issue we had with the power in the beach fale & offered an upgrade. Towels & linen were amazingly soft & the beds were very comfortable. Villas were right on the beach with access steps to the beach for that morning swim.

A little tired & run down. Could use some tlc. Beach fale were completely open (except for the lockable bathroom) with very little lighting on the paths at night.

The view from our villa was amazing. I enjoyed swimming straight from our accommodation.

The resort is very run down. Alot of maintenance needs to be done.

The location is great, had the Amelia Suite very large and spacious and the pool was a draw card but does need a good clean.

Sad to see the lack of care/maintenance of this place as it has real potentcial. Food is average mainly fried.

Location on the beach was great

Being in villa 10 it sounded like a party happening over the fence on one of the days and then early the next morning loud music began blasting again

A most beautiful location - very tranquil and tropical. A great spot for swimming. An amazing place to experience a traditional Samoan fale. I am most grateful to the security guards who helped me organise transport to the wharf at 4:00 am when the prearranged taxi did not come.

I stayed there 7 years ago hence returning. What a huge disappointment, everything from the food, restaurant, pool, shared pathways, activity facilities, toilets were unclean, broken, disheveled or smelly. Broken glass outside fales not cleaned up just left. Rubbish piles left next to pathways. Redundant So much could easily be done to bring this up to standard, I would rate this a 2 star accommodation. So sad to see, sorry whilst I loved my stay a fews years back, I would not recommend.

Sadly to say everything, however the staff were generally helpful and reception was good. NO information around local attractions or general tips and hints.

Nothing went well. This place is an absolute disaster. The pool had the concrete base coming off. The deck was falling apart. The food was poor quality and poorly cooked. The photos on your website were those from many years ago and did not reflect the poor condition of this place. Paint was coming off all surfaces. The shower in our villa did not flow away and we were standing in 6 inches of water. There was no wifi. The beach is now been replaced with a wall of rocks and steps down to a pool arrangement . The sand placed at the top of the bank of rocks.

Everything could have been better. The food was very poor for the price we paid for it which was expensive. The menu over the seven days was the same over seven days and sometimes they didn’t have the ingredients to make the dish you wanted.There was no wifi hitch many people were promised. Many drinks ran out. There was no Coca Cola. The beach had steps down to the water that were slippery with no hand rail. Which is totally hopeless for elderly people. he deck was rotten and we saw someone break the boards trying to go up a step. We thought this place should be avoided it is too expensive and we rate it a 2 star instead of what is rated.

We loved the location, beautiful views, friendly helpful staff. Good pool to cool off in.

Just a bit run down, needs a little TLC, and it would make a great resort.

Place is very run down as previous reviewers have mentioned. Breakfast was awful with no egg options. Place needs a complete refurbishment. No hot water initially and took a long time to get fixed.

Stayed in a Eurofale, which was comfortable for us. Gentle breeze through the sides, ceiling fan and mosquito nets all part of the charm. Ensuite bathroom with natural rock shower as a feature, also a small bar fridge with bottled water. Drinks at the bar by the pool, dinner and a floor show, included breakfast (limited selection but was freshly made). Food was good.

Excellent swimming and snorkelling. Also kayaks were provided at no cost. A good variety breakfast provided each day

I didn’t like the negative reviews this place received. It nearly put me off booking and l am so glad l stayed here. Sure there were a few broken tiles etc but this did not affect my stay in any way. In fact l enjoyed my time here better than the 5 star hotel l stayed at in Apia

Service was great, place is very run down but comfortable, staying in a fale is like staying in one of the samoa fale as a local, only you have a pool and a bar in the vicinity. Needs more attention from Maitenance staff

Public toilets need to be regularly checked, a sign going down to the beach from the pool saying CAUTION last step very slippery. The cats meowing when trying to sleep, a Low light for steps in the fale, too dark my father fell when trying to shoo the cat.

Has been my 3rd time staying here and everytime never disappointed happy with all my stays. Staff was beautiful the view and location perfect. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner was Good. Love the fresh fruit for breakfast and coffee amazing. Peaceful and very relaxing enviroment Family Loved it.
