Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaReception staff weren't available at all times based on times we were advised from 0700-1900. Numbers on brochure just rang through. There is no document in the room that shows numbers we can call and the times we can call if we need anything (we were advised to speak with security if we need anything outside trading hours). It would be helpful to have a paper or information on a pamphlet for guests other than massage info as we assumed there was a lunch/dinner room service and later found out they only do breakfast which is included in the price. (Not an issue at all as location is close to other restaurants and the market too) The reception area is a little awkward as you walk in there's a dining table and usually someone sitting there not sure if they were a staff member or not but they seemed too busy to acknowledge anyone walking through the door including paying customers. It is probably best to divide the space or cover that working area. I was standing at reception at one point and waited for someone to come, eventually walked out even though people walked in and talked with the other person sitting on the table in front of the reception entrance door. Wasn't a good look from my perspective. If you rent a vehicle, be warned parking is a nightmare it's first come first serve and seems like the business has multiple vehicles that take up much of that space also. Staff are helpful with allocating space and parking but still frustrating for any guest. Breakfast times should be clearly advised. We received breakfast one morning after 0930 and the next at 0730. It's a little awkward because food is delivered to the room, and some people sleep in. Usually I don't care about this but I was also travelling with others who prefer a little more structure. The overall layout of the room was not thought out and a little awkward.
Super comfortable beds Hot water in shower Great house keeping service Free breakfast Friendly staff Fast and easy check in process / used my passport as a bond and we left very late. Reminded front staff and passport was given upon final checks. This was a pleasant experience and appreciate efforts made by staff members for a smooth check out. House keeping staff are great at what they do the room was very clean, amenities worked well. Especially loved the water pressure and comfy beds. Ample storage provided for the family which is very helpful for those who have a lot to lug around. Location is amazing!! Close to everything.

New ZealandThe people noise outside of rooms, during the day and evenings. Lack of parking for cars on some days. No restaurant, to have meals. Very limited coffee supplies in the room. There is no cutlery in the room if we want to cut up a piece of fruit.
Daily breakfast was very filling with decent portions. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The young guy with brown hair was nice and always accommodating to us.

AustraliaCheck in policy time needs to have a bit of leeway other side, most of time guests do check out early especially in Samoa I'm a regular visit to Samoa and have stayed many different hotels also Bond needs to be available when checking out.
Housekeeper and other staff were lovely and very helpful but receptionist needs improving in their customer service. I was a little early for my check in, which I was told by the reception they will try and get my room early. The room wasn't ready until 2pm from receptionist viewpoint but according to housekeeper I could have checked in before 1pm.

Papua New GuineaI enjoyed my stay, no complains .
The room was cool, bed was comfortable. All bathroom essentials supplied, and the room was very clean! Very friendly staff at the front desk and assisted where requested. Arrived very early in the morning to the hotel, the night watchman was very happy to assist. Likewise with departure at 5.00am and early morning pick up at 2.00am. Lovely hotel and will come back again.

New ZealandMy one and only thing was that it was noisey in the morning and your room is directly facing the carpark but they were all so very nice and welcoming to us. I only say this as we had travelled all day prior so we were exhausted and we were looking to sleep in. Everything outweighed this but if it's sleeping in your looking for, then this may not suit you.
Location was great. The breakfast tray was far more than we expected e.g. sausages and onions, boiled eggs, toast, tapioca pudding and sliced apple. We only stayed one night so we were very happy with what we paid for.

AustraliaThere were too many insects inside the rooms. It didn't bother me because I'm used to living in Samoa but I couldn't take my overseas friends there unless they are adventurous.
Everything was there as expected and clean. The staff were friendly, efficient, and looked after me well.

United StatesDid not like the room condition as the mattresses smelled like wet garments that I reported to the front desk on the first day of our stay. On the 2nd day, I have to take off all bedding covers as I did my own investigations and find out that the foul odor was from the mattresses all due to poor AC ventilation.
Never ordered breakfast from the kitchen as an employee mentioned that it’s the same usual breakfast of toast, egg, and sausage. Love the hotel location as it was very convenient to shoppings and having the leisure to choose from the variety of available food especially from the farmers’ market across the hotel. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.

AustraliaThe lack of TV signal and and WIFI. There may also be need to fumigate the rooms to contorl pests espcially roaches.
All went well jin terms of customer care , where the staff were so warm and welcoming'. Closeness to other facilities such as a market, super market and its strategic location made our stay tick.

New ZealandThe two nights stay: firstly, they gave us one single room with one double bed, secondly, one standard double room with one single and one double bed, the smelly and stained fridge, rooms are not superior triple rooms as we have paid for. The single room was upgraded to the room upstairs and it was alright. We stayed for one night in the double standard room we have been given until the next morning they transferred us to the better room. They should check their system to find out about the guests bookings.
Our first one night stay was all good, two rooms together on ground floor, every room were nice, big, and tidy. THe location is great.
