    Thank you for your review. We do wish you had taken the time to be more specific instead of leaving a one-word comment. Leaving a one-word comment like “awful” doesn’t really help anyone understand what actually went wrong during your stay. If you had clearly listed your concerns, we could have responded appropriately and other guests would have had the full picture. Reviews are meant to give clarity — both to us and to future guests — but a vague word like “awful” does nothing to explain your experience or what the actual issue was. You stayed at a budget hotel, and it’s advertised that way. Expecting premium, five-star service at budget prices is not only unfair — it also says a lot about the kind of guest you are. If your expectations are beyond what budget hotels provide, we strongly suggest booking a luxury or five star property next time — only if that’s within your budget of course. I’d also like to address your behavior when you came to the office to pay for your wifi card. When you and your colleague laughed at the list of the bond’s conditions, it was disrespectful but I also genuinely felt sorry for both of you — not because of the rules, but because it seemed clear you didn’t understand the conditions because it was typed in English. To clarify, the bond only applies to guests who cause damage to the room. Since the stain on the bedsheet was not caused by you, but was a mistake on our part, you were never being accused, and we took full responsibility for the housekeeping oversight. There was also no reason for you to laugh, especially at something you did not understand at all. If the issue was a language barrier, that’s okay — but a simple request for a translator could’ve avoided the misunderstanding. And if you’re open to it, I’d be happy to recommend online English practice classes to help with future travels. Just let me know — I’ll gladly assist. Let me say that again in Italian for better understanding: “Non c'era motivo di addebitarti alcun costo perché i danni non sono stati causati da te. Posso anche consigliarti alcune lezioni di inglese online per una migliore comprensione, se lo desideri. Fammi sapere e sarò felice di aiutarti”.
