I was paranoid very slippery tiles in bathrooms

I was more so concerned with slippery tiles in the showers/bathroom. My TV wasn’t working and the wires power point could not connect to the wall. The fridge in my room was not working .

Location and staff Jodi and I forgot the other ladies name was very helpful .

The staff were helpful and very friendly. We had an issue with the toilet seat and the fridge, but once we reported it to reception, it was fixed immediately. I really recommend Tauese Hotel for anyone looking for a clean accommodation with great breakfast in the heart of Apia. Will definitely stay here again.

Only thing I could recommend is perhaps a long handled squeegee for the bathroom. Because there is no seal to keep the water from the shower getting near the sink it becomes quite slippery if you’re trying to brush your teeth or do your hair in front of the vanity. Something to mop the water back into the drain would be helpful :)

Tv didnt work first day, however they did get someone in the next day to fix it. Be good to have hot chocolate / milo as option for those that don't drink tea or coffee. Room wasn't done the next day (as their folder of hotel info says), you have to let reception know each morning that you want your room cleaned (which is understandable). No milk for your coffee/teas in your room (so will need to bring your own etc.) Needs a fan in the bathroom. Maybe just update the room folder information pack, as what the staff say is different from what's in the folder eg, also different checkout times. Totally would stay here again and for longer.

Loved the service, New, clean and fresh rooms. Shower was absolutely beautiful. Had a mini fridge and beautiful view. Breakfast was outstanding (Bacon, eggs, hash browns, noodles, fresh fruit, cereals, juice and coffee machine and lots more). Room had waters, shampoo, soaps, big white clean towels. Clean white sheets and even a blanket. Room was quiet (sound proof compared to other hotels in the cbd). Restaurant had big portions for lunch and dinner (extra cost, as not included with hotel, but so worth eating there). Big King bed, clean and comfy, including the pillows. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Location is amazing and so is the cost.

Bathroom exhaust fan not working, no lift available. Found floor bedrooms not so good.

Worth knowing there is not a lift to the rooms, and food is not on site but attached to the front of the hotel.

Modern and comfortable room with air con, everything very clean and good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, across the road from the Samoa tourist info and cultural village, you'll also see the police parade daily at 8.45am on the road. Security at all times for parking was also good

the room was very basic, no desk although advertised. They did get me a garden desk, but hard to work on. I was just disappointed with the room overall.

No stairs, luggages had to be dragged through stairs AC not the best, rooms were still hot Breakfast not much variety, ran out of juice, had to wait for refills, eggs, coffee maker made coffees with watery taste after a long wait for it to be fixed Seaview in booking.com is not a full seaview we could only see a bit sea from our room Only 1 small rubbish bin (toilet) what about general trash?

Nothing to fault, maybe if there was an elevator but besides that everything was good.

The customer service was amazing esp the staff who welcomed us when we arrived and checked out. I love how it is close to everything so we dont have to travel far. Thank you Tauese Seaview Hotel for looking after me & my mum during our stay we will definitely be back.
