Only small complaint as a business traveller the room position was a bit close to the restaurant and entertainment which could be a little loud. (Would be fine if I was on holiday)

The property is beautiful and well appointed. Staff were incredibly helpful and engaged. Food and beverage service was great in the main.

Unfortunately, the bar and wait-staff really let this place down. Our food beat the drinks to our table at every meal and orders would frequently arrive with items missing. The place screamed of somewhere that had an immature staff team where they were still learning the best way to manage a resort of this type.

The location, rooms, pool area, food and aesthetic of the island were superb!

A big resort so ensure you have a car to explore.

Fantastic resort. No need to move from the location due to array of activities and facilities. Plenty of entertainment. The room was on the small side but the balcony was very useful.

Nothing. I was going to only stay a week and ended up staying 2 1/2.

I loved the location. It was super safe and I enjoyed walking to APIA. Taxi's were always a minute away if needed. The breakfast was filling. Omelette/egg station, fruit, Kombucha, and each morning a different buffet hot station. The people that work there are so sweet and helpful. The nightly entertainment was always silly fun. In getting to know the people that work there they connected me with local people to get around the island.

Loved then waterfront views. Breakfast buffet has a good variety. Loved the complimentary water. Loved the daily activities and the evening entertainment. Staff were incredible and went out of their way to make the stay memorable.

Buffet & Fiafia night was ok. Wish the performers had a higher platform or somewhere centred for everyone in the restaurant to see & not move around for a better view while eating. The advertisement was to pay $98-$99WST for buffet & fiafia show however, I could have not paid for the buffett & just watched the fiafia from the foyer for free lol

Loved our stay here for 3 nights. Location is everything & the staff are top tier. My family enjoyed the rooms & felt really relaxed, especially coming from another resort far from Apia & before returning back home to reality. Loved that we had our very own DJ in our backyard, across the water. Will definitely return & stay longer next time.

We stayed in room 110. The outlook from this room was quite different to looking out to the ocean as portrayed in photos. Our room was ok but could definitely do with a "freshen up". Also, the establishment across the lagoon sure knew how to party. Lots of loud music at varying times during day and night.

Great facilities like pools, beach, kayaks, snorkels, onsite bar and restaurants. Beautiful outlook to the ocean. Beautifully kept gardens.

Rooms were not made up everyday, and when they were it was often mid afternoon when we wanted to be back in the room. They did a great job when they did it but communicating some consistency ie rooms made up between 10-12 or something may have helped plan our day.

Lovely staff, Full breakfast was amazing, beach is much better than expected with a marine reserve and snorkling (at high tide) straight outside. Great to be able to walk around the island for exercise too. We loved our stay.

This is a great resort, set a little bit out of the main business district of Apia, but an easy drive into town. The facilities were lovely and clean, as was the private beach. The room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable and all of the staff were really helpful.

Customer service is very variable! Unsure why karaoke and bingo are necessary entertainment

The environment was beautiful peaceful and nice the staff were very helpful and nice, my kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach i would recommend this to some of my friends...
