Hairdryer didn't work (room 201) but I didn't report this as I was only there for a short stay. Paid in cash but no receipt was available. Didn't turn out to be a problem.

Location was very central, fridge in the room and good air conditioning. Also a nice little balcony. Great value for money. Supermarket and nice cafe just outside.

Great, friendly hotel. Very central location and breakfast was superb. Whilst the room was generally clean there were some marks on the walls that hadn't been wiped away. This would not put me off booking again. Having a fridge in the room was great.

Depending on the position of the room, you may hear a loud noise from the convector machine in the inner courtyard. However, with windows closed this could be easily ignored.

Budget hotel in the center of the city with very clean and cosy rooms. Very helpful and nice staff 24/7 available at the reception. Breakfast with a fixed but tasty menu is served at a cafe nearby. Coffee should be ordered separately, as the menu includes only black tea.

The location was perfect, a few steps far from the center and Mother Teresa Boulevard. Too easy to access the hotel. The owner and the staf very polite and ready to fulfill any request and give any information about the city. Thank you again for the welcome tea and pastries. The restaurant has a very good coffee, turkish tea and sweets. We tried pizza also and it was good.
