Very limited breakfast choice, however the restaurant in the hotel has wonderful breakfast. The spa is basically inside pool and sauna and some basic gym equipment. The spa area needs renovations and better ventilation (it doesn’t smell good). No additional services such as massages etc.

The parking was total over capacity as an event which I did not know, and I could not find any parking in front and behind the hotel, it is a pitty that no guidence to help/advice in such case.

I booked this hotel lots of time, still very good, including the big room, nice swimming pool and sanna room, very good gym, nice breakfast especial the homemade scrambled egg.

It was my first time here and for sure not the last time . I was in Gilan visiting some friends , and they suggest me this place. The hotel is maybe the best in town, rooms are very clean, and spacious. The bad is really comfy . the staff is very polite and helpful.What I liked more for this place was the food, was just amazing , the best in all Kosovo for sure . I only stayed here for one night but I will came back for sure ine the future , and next time I will prove smth else in the restaurant , because the food as I said was delicious.

Hotel Astoria is one of the most cleanest hotels i have ever stayed in Kosovo! Each room is well furnished and elegant with the most comfortable furniture and bedding making sure you have a wonderful stay/sleep when visiting. The staff are extremely welcoming and treat you like family and are always so attentive! Thank you for all of your efforts guys.It’s highly recommended!! The resorant has the best sea food that you can eat in Kosovo.

Everything about our stay was amazing . From free parking, easy check in, friendly staf and very helpful .The room was very clean , and the bed was super comfortable .The food at restaurant was great . The SPA was another plus thing here .me and my family really enjoyed 2-3 hours af relax there . We will came back for sure here .

We were in room 212 - the insulation of the windows is not good. Even late at night we heard people - either in another room or outside smoking.

That all staff spoke English. That taxis wore ordered on time.

One improvement highly recommended: slip hazards. E.g. porcelain style stairs outside, bathroom areas and spa were all very slippery. The music in the bar was sometimes deafening which made us leave.
