Good location, near the city center, but away from the traffic and the noise. Very quiet. The room was large actually look like a suite. Everyone from the staff was very nice and helpful.

Our room smelled like there had been people smoking in the room.

The manager and his father did a great job in helping us with everything we needed. We got an upgrade from a standard room to an apartment because the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast was very tasty.

A large and immaculate room with a very comfortable mattress and an amazing shower. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Enis, the receptionist. An excellent value for money.

A little souless to be honest. The staff were lovely. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location ok. Bit of a walk into the centre, but we like walking! No coffee or tea in the room and then there was breakfast. No choice, you got given a plate of food regardless if you liked it or not! But as I said, the people were friendly, and the guy running the hotel gave us a lift to the airport.

The room was amazing. The young lad at reception asked us to choose our room! It was large and very comfortable. You needed a PHD to work the shower! But it was fantastic.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

This was a lovely hotel situated near the major sights of Pristina. The room was excellent, warm and clean with a fully refurbished bathroom. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was very good too, and they even provided an airport transfer for us. Highly recommended.

It was perfect

Really fantastic hotel, looks like a museum. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. Airco working well. The staff are all wonderfull employees. They are working hard and are really very helpfull. I got several practical advices from them. Good wifi. Great breakfast. And they arranged a taxi driver for me.

The Hotel Begolli was a great find. From the moment we arrived we were looked after fabulously. The General Manager and his team were thoroughly professional, attentive and super friendly. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Appearance of mosquitoes after opening the window to freshen the room beforehand. I think that mosquito nets should be installed

Not too far from the city center and I could have dinner before the end of the day. The rooms are comfortable and large, you can also do some shopping in the markets near the hotel. After breakfast, you will be able to drink some tea or coffee nearby, where there is also espresso coffee and black tea.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is located in the heart of the city but in a quiet corner. The staff is exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable including mattress and pillows. The price is very reasonable especially by taking in consideration the value one gets by staying there. The hotel is located across 2 very well stocked grocery stores and green farmers market.

In terms of room facilities, we would have liked to have had a kettle so that we could make coffee or tea at our convenience. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the taxi that dropped us off at the airport. The taxi driver, whose number plate is 01-681-KI, tried to rip us off by asking us for more money than the initial sum agreed, but fortunately the hotel owner made him understand that he was in the wrong.

Very clean, quiet hotel with helpful, attentive staff. Well located, we were able to do our shopping quietly and safely. The staff were really attentive, leaving no customer in any doubt. All our requests were met to our satisfaction, which was very much appreciated.
