Good location.

Poor hygiene.

Everything was great. The location was perfect. The host very nice.

Amazing location. Doesn’t get much better than this. Very friendly host, the room and bathroom were both very clean.

Can’t complain if I’m honest

Great flat just off the boulevard. Very clean.

The dude was a bit wacky; paranoid about no-shows. (He needs to accept electronic payment then, but that might have tax implications.) Loads of rules posted around. I suppose he has had noise complaints from the neighbours.

Central location in a quiet building, good air conditioning and nice view from big windows in the room. Iron (but no ironing board) is available upon request.

Advertised as apartment, however it is just a normal room with a fridge and water cooker. No mention of having to pay cash upfront, I arrived late in the evening and had to take out cash on the spot, which was a bit uncomfortable. Everything was clean, however the bathroom was badly upkept. And there were several large posters forbidding you to do this and this, which I found a bit weird.

The location is great, right in the city centre. The room wasn't that big, but enough for our needs. The price was in accordance with the room.

The pillows could be better.

Easy check in, check out. At the center of the city. Quiet, bed is nice.

Soap on the sink and shower are the same product I guess. A little bottle of shampoo could have been useful. Generally clean room and bathroom, however not spotless. Shower has a curtain and there were some moisture signs on it. One leg of mini fridge was missing. However That sort of things easily could be solved, we didnot make that too much problem since we just slept there. You have boiler, Coffee, tea for free but no water to put that boiler. Maybe tap water can be used in the city, i am not sure of it. Buy a bottle of water just in case.

Central location and walkable distance to the central square.

First of all, I booked this room because of the good score and I admitted it was not expensive in view of its location. Yet,I had booked the room with balcony, however, it turned out a room without the balcony. I did ask the property owner but did not respond to my enquiry on this. Though I only stayed one night but they should stick to the booking. Secondly, the facility is a bit worn out and the TV doesn't work, I was told the TV is only for decoration, what a joke. I hope they can specify this in bookkng.com. They should also take a look at their facility such as the hair dryer head is almost fell off. Anyway, if you only stay one night, it may be ok for you.

The location

The host knew about the non-functional TV and did not tell us. The furniture was covered in dust. Total absence of public parking.

Location, room size, view, bathroom and cleanliness are great.

The location was in the center and transportation to everywhere was very easy. After check-out, they helped us to wait for our luggage.

The view was nice. The distance with the city centre was like 1-2 minutes of waking. The neighbourhood was very calm. The beds were very comfortable too. Parking payment was 5€ for 24 hours, and the parking spot was right behind the apartment. Overall the staying was very good and the owner was very friendly. I would absolutely suggest it for other families

The balcony and the single beds room was a bit tight but nothing important at all justifying the price.
