There should be glasses made of glass and not plastic for juice and water. It's a pity to have such nice coffee cups and then some plastic beside them. Also there could be some lamps next to bed.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and cozy. For breakfast there's a variety of choices of very tasty homemade pastry.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. It is a bit far from the city center but the wonderful cleanliness and a nice breakfast make you forget everything. The lady at the reception in the morning also takes care of the breakfast and makes great omelets. Thank you for everything

The bed is a bit more firm than I prefer but for a few nights it's fine. Also, water escapes from the shower stall due to a short shower curtain, although this is quite common in the Balkans. There is a bath mat to help.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now and continue to have a consistent experience there. The staff are wonderful and remember me now and they are eager to please. The rooms and hotel in general are clean. I was able to adjust the heat in my room as needed and am always glad for the bottles of water in my room each day. The parking is convenient, right in front of the hotel.

It is a great hotel in Pristina. The hotel is almost in the centre of the city. The hotel has parking. the rooms are great and very clean. The staff are great and supportive.

The beds are firm, like many places in the Balkans but the pillows are nice, so you can still get a good sleep. Water escapes from the shower because the shower curtain isn't long enough, but wet bathrooms are common in the Balkans. Even considering these few minuses, this is a great value in Prishtina for the price with the amenities that are included.

The staff are all wonderful and very ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious with a selection of continental items and they will also make you a fresh omelette if you want. The hotel is very clean and they empty your trash and replace used towels in your room every day, with sheets replaced every couple days. They also provide free bottles of water in the room in each, which is wonderful. The water pressure is great and the hotel is in a nice, quiet location. The wifi works very well and the elevator is nice which is great for when you arrive/depart with luggage in particular.

The bed was perhaps a little firm for my liking, but I have definitely slept on worse and it's a matter of preference of course. I still slept fine! Also, due to the short shower curtain, water does escape from the shower onto the bathroom floor. It's not a huge deal and since they replace the towels daily I just put my bath towel on the floor after showering.

The hotel is located on a quiet street and yet still has easy access to the city. There are a few parking places in front of the hotel which are reserved for guests and this worked out wonderfully for parking, which is hard in Prishtina. The hotel was exceptionally clean and it's clear that the owners and staff take care of the property. The breakfast was delicious - there is a buffet of continental items but they will also make you a fresh omelet if you would like. There is a Nescafe coffee machine with various options as well as a pod machine for coffee or there are teas available as well. Water and juice are provided. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is great water pressure in the shower. They will replace your towels daily and take out the trash and then every few days do a more thorough cleaning and replace your sheets. The A/C works wonderfully, the internet is fast enough for video calls, and there is a small mini-fridge in the room. 2 free bottles of water are provided in the room as well as a water kettle and mugs with some complimentary coffee. There were plenty of sockets in the room, including on each side of the bed. There is a place for putting your suitcase, a few shelves, and a few hangers for hanging up clothes which is appreciated. This hotel is a great value overall with reasonable prices for the amenities and area.

The room was clean and WiFi worked great. The staff was helpful. The hotel is located on the top of a hill, but that was not a problem for us as it compensated with cleanliness.
