We had only a one night stay in this hotel but it was a pleasant one. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to check-in early which was a big plus.

Great staff, very central location to the entertainment area (literally next to it), clean and comfy beds, a balcony for my smoking, clean and shiny bathroom. They will also wash your clothes for 10€'s per machine, if you want. My only problem was wi-fi, it was a bit spotty in my room and kept getting disconnected. Otherwise, beautiful place. Would stay again if I ever come back.

The photos do not exactly correspond to what you will find there. I would just suggest a blackout/blind to make the room darker. MOST IMPORTANT: Why not put a window between the bathroom and the balcony? Even with the balcony window closed and the door also, and even with the hot air on, the cold air from outside invaded the room. I had to do a makeshift solution to try to reduce this temperature difference. ABSURD.

Show was a separate from the bathroom. It was right off the bedroom with a glass door from shower to bedroom. The room amenities were someplace between a real hotel and a hostel.

The hotel is super well located. Right in the heart of the city and close to a bunch of bars, cafes, restaurants as well as touristic points. The room has all the basics although I must say it´s not qute like in the pictures.

The location is excellent as you are in the centre of Pristina and you can walk everywhere, even the bus station. The rooms are spacious and have kettles and a fridge. There are plenty of eating and drinking places nearby. Staff were helpful when checking in/out.

The kitchen was too basic, although it didn’t matter for us as we were only there for 1 night. Some of the fixtures/fittings need attention. (Broken chair legs, broken hooks, shower holder, shower screen loose)

The balcony door lets in too much light, it didn’t affect me as I brought an eye mask but it could impact other customers. The WiFi was pretty bad and cut out a lot.

The staff were extremely helpful to me with both recommendations and helping me work out the buses to other cities. Room was very clean, has everything you need and in a very central location.

Glasses for water and mugs for coffee (rather than two small paper cups) would have been good; a kettle is provided but limited tea/coffee options and no milk.

10 out of 10 for location - set just behind the main thoroughfare in the heart of the city but very quiet nevertheless. Nit checked us in and has excellent English telling us not to hesitate if we need anything. Supermarkets nearby to stock the fridge. Bed was comfy and electric blinds ensure the morning sun does not wake you too early. I would highly recommend this place for 2-3 nights in Prishtina.

Parking was an experience: It's really (really!!) tight and its a public parking lot so while I nipped over to get the car my wife tried to save a spot, a local just about drove over her to get a park! Alley way between hotel and central ave needed a bit of a clean (not sure if that's the hotel's job though!)

Great location: It's about 2mins to the central walking avenue in Pristina. Super friendly & helpful staff: They made sure we had adequate protection from mosquitos, tracked me down a bottle opener & were in touch ahead of our arrival to make sure that there was someone to check us in (day of arrival was a public holiday so they were short staffed) Comfortable Room: Everything we needed in the room and the bathroom was nice too.

Fortunately the room looks much better than the house looks from the outside. The house from the outside doesn’t really make you feel like you’ll be accommodated in a 4 star hotel.

The young receptionist was super nice and helpful. The terminal didn’t work, but we worked it out in the end. The room was really clean and nicely prepared, I loved the heated floor in the bathroom and automatic blinds in the bedroom. The location was right at the city center.

The smell of the air refresher was quite strong for a room that serves as bedroom as well.

Excellent location, directly behind a major pedestrian area. The apartment is very hygienic and spacious.
