We like everything about this place. :)

It was a great staying experience overall. The hotel is very well located at the heart of the city and close to all important landmarks. The rooms are comfortable,clean, equipped with quite new and modern furniters. most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. there is a nice breakfast and cafeteria serving coffee,beers all day long. We come back for sure to Pristina to stay again at City Inn. :) ( our special thanks to wonderful staff and manager Fitore :) we have a home now in Pristina.

Minor details : A bit noisy from the bars across the street, it's not the fault of the hotel, it's just a bit noisy because there is 1 noisy bar. But ok. Wifi was sometimes not fully reliable, in particular in the living room (towards the street) maybe too many connections at the same time ?

Almost perfect experience !! Super central location, close to all historical sites. Two Minimarkets only 1 min walk away. Also a large supermarket open late (even beyond 22h00 written on the entrance). Very comfortable room and well designed with modern equipment. Very pleasant to stay in. Clean room and clean / nicely designed hotel. Large bed and large sofa bed for the kids. 2 large TV screens in the family room. Modern and well equipped bathroom. Lots of free of charge toiletries. Breakfast was good, with quite a variety of salty and sweet meals. (Only the baguette bread was not the most fresh ever, was a bit hard) Kind and helpful staff, they helped ordering taxis from the Bear sanctuary and for the bus station. They helped handling our huge amount of luggage. Minibar expenses were kindly offered. The staff kindly printed out several documents for us. Efficient air conditioning. We were able to wash our laundry in the laundromat Speed clean on Krasniqi street.

This is a small but lovely hotel in the centre of town, yet in a very quiet location. Everything was very quick and easy to reach from there. We had beautiful rooms, every wish was fulfilled and the breakfast was very good. We particularly appreciated the friendliness of the staff – everyone was courteous and friendly. Thank you again for your efforts regarding my delayed luggage. We will definitely be back.

Great location, very central. Room was immaculate, very comfortable and very stylish. The breakfast, which was included, was great. All of the staff were amazing - friendly, welcoming and helpful. They organised a brilliant day-long tour for us with a local company called Tour Kosovo www.tourkosovo.com. The guide Jenton Shkodra was brilliant, a really knowledgeable and engaging person who took us to some great sites around Pristina, it was the highlight of our trip.

The air conditioner was not turned on for the hotel, so the room was very hot as the season was changing from winter to spring.

Very close to amenities. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within a 5 minute walk of hotel. Parking can be free if you are lucky. If not, there's lots of paid parking across the street at 10 euros a night. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

The location is just perfect. Peacefully located just 3min of the city center. Very beautiful rooms and friendliness of the staff is what I will remember the most. Airport transfer they booked for me and also to the busterminal, aswell did I receive a free late check out, due to circumstances ( had nothing to do with the hotel) and just having a lovely conversation with the receptionists was just interesting to learn more about their country. I think Kosovo is definitely a place that is still underrated, but for no reason: accommodation is great and sustainable and the people are just amazing. Thank you so much I will be back 🙏

Everything was perfect, the staff was very polite and very helpful during our stay. The facility was very clean, I have traveled to many countries and for the first time I saw that the sheets smelled clean. The hotel employee Benart helped us a lot and met our every need immediately, Benart especially thank you very much.

Choice of teabags - no black tea in the room, which would cater better to the British taste No milk - not a common choice in Kosovo to have milk with your tea but you can still get it (to be fair, I did not ask for either and these may be available)

Very centrally located - short walk around the corner and you are in the middle of the city. Friendly staff - smooth check-in, small issue I had resolved very quickly. You can order taxis from the reception too, which I used to get back to the airport. Spacious room, comfortable bed - lots of room for storing clothes, nice bed Modern tv - can access YouTube, Netflix from the room Complimentary water, tea and coffee

Lovely new hotel, great location, just off the main pedestrian street with heaps of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by, but in a quiet location. Nice clean room, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. The staff were fabulous, all spoke excellent English and were very helpful and caring. Good buffet breakfast, and you can ask for eggs and coffee and they will make them fresh for you.

We stayed just one night, but I absolutely loved it. Very clean and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Staff friendly and helpful and also breakfast very good. We also had a fantastic dinner in Soma cafe close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, modern hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we particularly appreciated their help in arranging a taxi to take us to the Bear Sanctuary and Gracanica Monastery, as well as our taxi transfer to the airport in the early hours of the morning. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Pristina - it is only a couple of minutes' walk from the main pedestrianised boulevard through Pristina and is within walking distance of the main sights and attractions in the city. It is also near to lots of bars and restaurants, including the Soma Book Station which is less than a minute's walk. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic with your choice of how you wanted your eggs cooked. All in all we had a comfortable stay at City Inn.

Two thing could be improved. 1. Breakfast is until 10:30, but after 10 the buffet is almost empty. You need to ask for everything before they refill. Als the non-fresh items. 2. The max shower temperature was not as hot as I would have preferred.

Very nice, clean, and new hotel. Location is perfect right in the city centre, and paid parking is available in front of the hotel for €10/24h. Also the staff gave us very good recommendations about restaurants.

I highly recommend! Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city! I have never slept in such a comfortable bed in any hotel! The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very kind.
