How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nothing negative
Room was big, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and short walk to centre. There are supermarkets on street and a nice park across the road.

The house is located near a construction site, so it can be a bit noisy.
This room is lovely and makes you feel at home. Everything was very clean. The bed is big and comfortable, and there are large windows that fill the room with natural light. The house and the couple who manage the rooms are kind and welcoming. They also have a terrace where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or tea. The location is amazing — just a 3-minute walk to the park and about 15 minutes to the city center. Highly recommended!

On the last night the Wifi was not working because the construction workers working on another building cut of the internet cable by accident. I know that it's not the fault of the owners, but I wasn't given any resolution and had to pay extra for my very limited internet, since Kosovo is not in the EU.
The place was cosy, it feels very home like. The room is situated in a house, I had a bit of trouble locating it on the street, maybe I would suggest the owners sending some exterior pictures after a confirmed booking just to be sure where to go. There is a lovely older couple living there, they barely speak English, but we had no trouble comunicating the basic needs. There is a kettle and some coffee and tea in the room which was a nice touch. The matress is very soft which was perfect for me, but maybe for the ones who like a harder matress it wouldn't be ideal. The place is very quiet, clean and close to the main attractions in Pristina. Lovely stay overall and I was sleeping like a baby! Definitely great value.

It was quite cold in Pristine in January. The room temperature could have been a bit higher but it was still okay.
Welcoming owners, good location, spacious room, clean bedroom and bathroom.

It would be nice to have a card payment option. I unfortunately forgot to bring cash, thankfully we found a compromise so that was good.
The room and upstairs bath were very clean. Internet was smooth. It was fairly quiet. Communication was tricky but we managed.

I been really welcomed by the family,the room was big and with comfortable mattress. Nice bathroom as well with spacious shower. Next to a park and Inna café.

I feel like I was in my own house. It is cozy, quiet, and is lovely making tea and coffee within the room. Also everything is very clean. I needed this just to rest. They even let me check out late. Very good experience

The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The value for money is unbeatable: comfortable and bright room, spacious and very clean bathroom and good WiFi for working. A very nice retired couple lives here. They washed my clothes without asking me anything in return. Communication via Whatsapp was quick and effective.

No kitchen access.
A great homestay with fantastic rooms, very comfortable. The host family very friendly and the place very secure, maybe a 10 minute walk to the city center, right by a gym too. The main owner spoke very little English but was very kind. Recommended.

Good sized room. Very friendly family. Nice location near a park. About 30-40 minutes from the bus station which is a nice walk if you don't have too much stuff.

My only request is that they could provide a fan, it gets hot in Pristina. I understand installing the AC is not practical for most hosts, but perhaps a small investment in a fan with make future guests more comfortable at night.
Wonderful older gentleman who is a true old school host. He gave me a ride to the bus station, didn't ask for any payment. Nice location, you can walk to all the main sights very easy, every kind of shop and service you need is within reach, super easy to check-in. Also, they ask you to remove shoes, this is a great custom, more cultures should also do this, shoes from the street are filthy. This is part of the reason the home is very clean and comfortable.

I felt like i am in my home! What a safe place for a alone traveler woman… Also only 1 km to center of Priştine, I walked to everywhere. This home is really clean, home owners are sooo kind people.Thank you so much! I will come here again 🫶🏻
