The warm welcome. Being celiac, contacted before arrival and asked for the possibility of having gluten free bread. They went above and beyond to accomodate my request and to ensure that I enjoyed a safe breakfast every day of my stay. The apartments are well equiped. The location is also very good.

Perfect for both short and long stays! I lived in one of the flats for nearly two years and had an excellent experience. The location is great, the area feels very safe, and the facilities are always clean. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommended!

Very spacious apartment. Clean, tidy and warm. Comfortable bed and all the amenities needed. Close to the centre of the city.

The second room has no windows and given that we could not control the heating it was not ideal.

Convenient solution if you need two separate rooms. Fairly priced and spacious. Perfect location and garage parking in the building. The manager was incredibly friendly especially with our little son and we had a nice time.

There was a new shampoo but no body wash. The body wash attached in the wall is empty. Not a big deal as I have my own but just a heads up - you can probably ask which I didn’t. No laundry detergent so bring some if you need them. No cooking amenities like oil salt pepper etc also no coffee or tea just the kettle. No biggies as you can buy downstairs. No microwave.

Very nice and welcoming host. Speaks great English. The apartment is clean and complete. Parking onsite. Elevator available. Supermarket next door. Very central location all tourist attractions are close by or walking distance. Shops close by post office etc. the a/c is only in the living room. Great hot water. Stove with an oven. Fast WiFi was able to work without problems.

There isn't always someone at the reception and I didn't know where to leave my key after check out, so some signs should be put up on the wall giving information to guests checking in and checking out when there is noone at the reception, at least the phone number to call. Thanks!

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the spaciousness in comparison to booking a guest room or a hotel room, yet for the same price. There was a reception and a breakfast even though it's an apartment hotel. I had an apt on 8th floor so nice view over the city.

Excellent location and amazing staff. Super helpful and great communication, even when my flight got really delayed and had to do check in at 2am Room was big and clean, fresh towels. On Monday was a bank holiday and the staff cooked breakfast even though the restaurant was closed They had private parking for my rental car which was an extra bonus.
