I guess coming from a different part of Europe my idea of a Spa is not booking a slot to go on my own into a timed bubble bath and sauna. It was rather scarce

Breakfast was nice, especially the coffee, although you could just order one. The room was small, but comfy. What was disappointing was the "Spa" part.

Centrally located hotel with great restaurants and bars within 5-15min walking distance. Parking is a bit of a hassle but you forget about it once you get it the hotel and start exploring.

Prices were a bit higher than normal because it was festival weekend.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Close to major sites, restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were glad to help us with recommendations and taxis. Outside of the building was a bit on the old side but the room was newly renovated, fresh and modern.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, surrounded by numerous great restaurants and cozy coffee bars. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful, assisting us with parking, arranging a taxi during rush hours, and supporting us with various other needs. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a great start to the day.

The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was good. The personel was very kind and willing to help an cooperate. I would recommend it and we will be back again if we will be there.

Some suggestions: 1. Adding the parking lot location to the description, because it's a bit far (5-7 min walking distance) from the hotel and I had trouble finding it at first. (I asked the staff however and they directed me) 2. Installing a shower curtain/ doors, to avoid the water splashing.

Located right in the centre, this hotel offers a comfortable stay and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and modern. They provided all the facilities to fulfill my needs. The staff are very polite and helpful. They created a friendly and welcoming environment. The breakfast was tasty, even the bar is great and they serve good coffee.

No real complaints, it’s not The Ritz but was exactly as I expected.

Fantastic location, very central and walking distance to all the main sights. They were even kind enough to let me check-in a bit early, which I appreciated after a long journey in a heatwave.

it was in the center and very convient to everywhere. The room and the hotel was super quite. The bed was a single, but super comfy. The size of the room was a good size, very clean, very modern. The bathroom was a good size. The breakfast next day was really nice and plentyful.

The air conditioner during my entire 5-day stay wasn’t working correctly. This is a management/owner issue.

The spa is a nice touch. If I may offer a small suggestion, adding some chairs for relaxing and a few hangers for ropes and towels would make it even better. The staff is not fully fluent in English, which occasionally made communication a bit difficult

Absolutely loved the location—everything is within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good; I would have loved to see more local products. The room was quiet, just as I had requested.
