Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe beds were quite hard. We only had one working socket in the room. The owners have only just taken over this hotel so they are still working on it.
The owners of the hotel were lovely, kind and helpful. The location was walkable to the center with plenty of shops around. The room was clean.

United KingdomIt really is quite far from the restaurants and bars (45 mins for a fairly fast walker), which is ok if you drive. As a single traveller, this was problematic. There is very little choice to eat out in the local area, with only a chain pizza restaurant and an Italian, so you need to travel downtown. There are no taxis to 'flag down' in the area so you need to book one or walk. The hosts booked a taxi this for me to go to the bus station but I walked it the night before. It is not a pleasant walk, not dangerous or horrendous, just not pleasant. Considering there is no restaurant onsite, they really should provide a kettle and cups so guests can have a morning coffee with ease.
They have just bought the business and so things are not quite right yet, but they are working on it. The host was lovely and is eager to please. The room was very spacious. Everything was clean. The location - I moved here as it was so hot and they advertised the pool at an additional cost. The pool was right next door and it was huge with a few different pools and an abundance of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a 30% discount but it is actually really cheap anyway and the drinks inside are also cheap.

CanadaStaff were amazing, and there is a MASSIVE pool next door with some platforms to jump off of. The cafe in the lot also has very delicious lattes, and there are some convenient markets nearby (Gas station is 24 hours for late night snacks). Hope to return soon 😁

Our stay at GOT Prizren Hotel (before called T&A hotel) was truly wonderful. The couple running the hotel welcomed us with the warmest smiles and made us feel instantly at home. The location was quiet and peaceful – just a short drive or walk from the city center, which was perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. And the pool? Absolutely amazing! Clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
