A beautiful boutique hotel with very high standards. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The architecture and atmosphere make it a wonderful place to relax, whether enjoying a coffee, a meal, or simply the environment. The food is excellent, and the whole property is maintained with great care. The staff are exceptionally kind and professional, which made the stay even better. A perfect getaway and well worth the quick trip from Pristina. I look forward to coming back on my next visit to Kosovo!

The hotel staff were very helpful and professional, the hotel has lovely premises, the overall idea of having Serbian, Albanian and Roma staff working together in running this hotel is great and reassuring. Breakfast was excellent, good quality local produce. Room was clean and nice.

The only thing which was not nice was that some children were trying to intimidate me at the swimming pool, they seem to have been with the outside visitors to the hotel (and probably not the guests) as their parents spent most of the time in the garden. Very strange to be intimidated by a 13-14 year old girl who objected to me swimming lanes in the pool after-hours and shouted at me in foul language sending me to hell.

Everything! The pool is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The location is perfect. The food is excellent. There is free parking. It is peaceful and quiet. Rooms are spacious. The view is fantastic. Rooms are well-equipped - air-conditioning, tea and coffee, mini fridge, TV. You can easily explore Gracanica Monastery, Ulpiana, The Bear Sanctuary and all of the sights in Prishtina. With parking, unlimited pool access and breakfast included. We'll definitely be back!

Great contemporary design In building , staff very helpful including taxi booking to Pristina. Room very nice size, comfy bed, balcony a great addition. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style. Good quality bread and homemade jam was a treat. Location very good for what we wanted, relaxing space, taxi €8 to and from mother Theresa cathedral. Close to monastary and the right side of town for bear sanctuary.

Not many loungers, deck chairs are available although they did need a good clean.

Very cosy place; it is my second time here and will definitely return. Love everything about it.

Would deserve a fresh layer of paint and some maintenance (was built more than 10y ago and it doesn’t look like it’s been correctly maintained recently)

Comfortable spacious double room with nice balcony, restaurant on site for lunch & dinner (yummy and decent prices), nice pool & garden

If you stay there over the weekend, be prepared for non-guests to take over the entire place: up to 4 wedding-like photoshoots on Saturday, and multiple kids birthday parties on Sunday while the common areas of the hotel are definitely not designed for this in terms of available space & equipment meaning there were hardly any chair or empty spot in the grass even left for guests… unbelievable. Gave me the impression of a cash cow sacrificing the quality of the experience of hotel guests for outsiders

This is a hidden gem I would say, it’s a beautiful hotel with stunning architecture, located just 15 minutes from Pristina on a serene countryside. Excellent homemade food and very welcoming and friendly staff. This is the place to stay for a relaxing time with everything you need. The staff is very accomodating and there are several possibilities for late check-outs. They also sell homemade authentic goods, from jam to kilims. I loved it here and will return in short time!

The pool towels are a bit old and tear at the seams, and there could be more sunbeds near the pool. Otherwise excellent.

This hotel is the whole package. Friendly staff, great rooms and ambiance and for breakfast and dinner we had some amazing, delicious food. It was just a very welcoming stay and a fantastic, relaxing last day of our trip through Kosovo.

I woke up around 4 AM because of some loud people partying and swimming in the pool. They went away (going to sleep) around 5 AM in the night. I wish someone told them to be more quiet.

Nice room with view into the countryside and the garden. Breakfast and meals in a modern room, at the terrace or in the garden. 5 minutes to go to the UNESCO World heritage monastery. A small library, a pool with fresh spring water. Lovely, friendly staff.

Its not a problem, but you need a car, a taxi or a bike to go to the city.

Beautiful place

Lovely property in a peaceful location, excellent pool area and gardens, spacious and clean rooms. Nice design of the buildings and outside areas. Dinners were excellent and breakfast was good. Local beers and wines were very nice.

We had no hot water one day which wasnt ideal but it was rectified the following day.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel was the ideal place to unwind, recharge, and relax by the pool with a cocktail in hand. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the kitchen serves a variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Would definitely come back again!

Everything excellent. Great garden with a pool. Staff is kind, professional and welcoming.
