A small, intimate, and very clean hotel, conveniently located just steps from the city center. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and available to accommodate every request. Abundant and tasty breakfast. A gorgeous garden for relaxing moments.

Everything was perfect. The best and most relaxing stay during the whole Balkan trip! Check in was smooth, we were able to pay by card, Saranda was super friendly and kindly included a bottle of wine as a treat. The backyard garden was simply beautiful and tranquil, and the breakfast an absolute wonder. Loved every single ingredient. The gentleman who was there early morning to give us a packed lunch as we were leaving before breakfast time was so generous and a true professional. He also made us coffee, and that was a damn good coffee! Places like this make traveling experiences delightful!

The parquet needs already a renovation, also the bathroom needs to be revised and renewed.

I mostly liked the nice, welcoming and caring stuff. They all were so polite, was hard/impossible to recognize who is owner, who is employee. Really great experience with all of them! We had a real parquet in the room which I liked and the garden was amazing!

With the traffic, it can be a little stressful to stop at the hotel to ask about the location of the parking. We ended up parking in a great underground garage just a few min away for 7€/24h. I'd preferred to know about parking options and locations before, would have made the arrival a little less stressful. Afterwards, everything was just perfect!

This is one of the cosiest places I have ever stayed! As a single traveller you need personal attitude and coziness even more. This place is great combination between infrastructure and personality! After a hard working day, picking up my key card I was invited to enjoy a cup of team in the dining room. I ended up having such a friendly chat with the owner that I felt relaxed before going out for dinner. Upon arrival I was hungry and Saranda, the owner without hesitation cooked something small for me as a gesture. Her bread for breakfast is signature one and no matter I am from the Balkan region, I think it is unique. Every demand I had, printing, warming up the room, airport transfer, invoices etc. was met with the best smile and personal support! I strongly recommend this hotel for people with high standard and aesthetic taste.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Grand Boutique Hotel. It is an oasis of calm in the midst of all the exciting development going on in Pristina. The aesthetic is soothing and contemporary, with just enough traditional design details to make you feel intrigued about the culture of Kosovo. The breakfast is ample and of phenomenal quality. The coffee is fantastic! The staff are kind, generous, open hearted and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and we slept very soundly. A special thanks to Saranda for her culinary generosity (yummy home baked bread!) and excellent conversation. We cannot wait to go back to The Grand Boutique Hotel when we return to Kosovo. Make sure to try the walnuts from the garden!
