The access by car is difficult

The breakfast was really amazing. They served good coffee, ex. Cappuccino The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the city centre. The shower is amazing.

Internet did not work. The TV contact in the room was broken. Breakfast could be better. (Coffee was not available).

The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was in the centre, shops and restaurants very close. The room was clean.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around and exploring beautiful Prizren. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel has easy nearby parking at no extra cost.

Our room did have a window and terrace looking at a wall, we have not seen natural light in the room for the whole of our stay, very bad.

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but you can ask at the bar and take it to your room.. There was a balcony but a building a foot away so the view was a brick wall.

This hotel is so clean and really well looked after. The host and staff there are welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is parking nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

The hotel itself was quiet but the street in front of the hotel was noisy at nighttime. During the check in I asked for a quiet room, front desk staff answered: all the rooms are quiet. Also people smoking in front part of the breakfast room I think that part the room is dedicated as a smoking area, therefore when you having breakfast there you also getting free second hand smoking. Breakfast is starting from 8am, it’s one hour later than all the hotels I have been stayed in the region

The hotel is located right in the center of historical town. it’s a old fashioned classic high end hotel: real solid wood doors and furnitures, thick and large towels, front desk staff was really helpful and breakfast was decent

This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The cleanliness and high quality of the facilities were superb, from the comfortable bed to the elegant toilet with its modern and powerful shower. The breakfast was decent, and the espresso was good. The convenience of free underground parking, including the option to park after check-out, was greatly appreciated. The location is also a major asset, being right in the heart of town and within easy reach of all main attractions and restaurants. Special mention must be made of Tony, who was excellent and went out of his way to help me when I had trouble finding the hotel in the old town. Highly recommended.

There is a construction site just outside the hotel, not that the hotel can do anything about it though.

The hotel is very close to most of what you expect to see in the city. The rooms are big and have all the needed amenities and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was large and diverse

What a truly lovely hotel. I have been travelling through Europe for the past four weeks and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very helpful providing secure parking for our motorbikes and helping carry the bags. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable with good WiFi. Everything about the hotel felt “substantial”, the furniture was sturdy, the doors heavy, the beds large. Breakfast was plentiful. Great hotel. Well done to the staff.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life! If you book with them, then they are friendly! If you have, comment, request or need to cancel the reservation, you can be treated as an enemy. I didn't like to stay and had to choose to lose my booking amount as the staff and the manager can treat people very rude, and when I had a request that I wanted to ask about, the staff contacted the manger and said that the manager has no time to speak to me now and was in a very rude way.

The staff were helpful with all our requests - taxis, laundry, etc. Breakfast was consistently great and plentiful. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
