Great location - easily accessible and 150m stroll from the hive of action. Friendly staff and great room.

Great location close to pedestrianised centre and attractions. Parking absolutely essential and close, 2-3 minutes walk. Omelette cooked for breakfast but can ask for alternative eggs, show them a picture. We were welcomed by great staff, breakfast team were great as well, very helpful.

Size of room on top floor was a little disappointing and there was no fridge, suspected broken. as there was space for it. Recommend to try to request a room on floors 1 or 2.

The location was excellent, truly in the middle of the old city. Easy to walk around. The hotel parking area close by was spacious and easy to find. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was basic, but tasty.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you’re greeted with a fresh, clean scent and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The hotel itself is charming, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the town center, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There’s no need for taxis, as everything is conveniently within walking distance. The cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicous. The staff was very cute. It‘s very near to the old city which is perfect if you don‘t have a car. The hotel is modern and you always get help if you need something. I would definitely book the hotel again .

You can hear the cars in the night so it‘s a bit noisy but it‘s still ok. The room is small but if u just need to sleep in it it‘s fine.

Very highly recommend Tasteful modern renovation of an older building. Excellent location minutes from centre of old town river and all main historic areas. I had booked room with balcony overlooking old church with wonderful sunsets over the mountains. Spacious room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and linens. Wifi good All staff welcoming and helpful Kind woman at reception provided me with a beautifully presented with a vegan fresh fruit and vegetable platter Minor point. Just be aware that their credit card machine may not recognise some international cards. Would definitely stay here again

breakfast was lousy. could do a lot better. hotel ran out of power early morning (and then no water due to the power outage) so toughed it out with brushing teeth with bottle water.

The time for breakfast at 8.30 am it’s too late .. because many buses leave prizren at 8 am International time for breakfast 7-10 am We didn’t take the breakfast 😔

The location, staff, food, and room were all very good. However, the sound isolation was quite poor—you could hear noise from the street, neighbors snoring, and the nearby church bells ringing every hour starting at 6 AM.
