There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, and it wasn't soundproof, so we could hear the voices of the clients in the nearby room.

Hot water is limited and runs out after a few minutes letting you down.

We had a problem and they solved very nicely and they always smiled when they see us. My wife and I sometimes needed to work and lobby is really comfortable for working.

One night when I was talking the shower, the hot water stopped. Luckily the weather was hot so no big impact.

The hotel was nice and budget-friendly. The staff were kind and helpful, and the people serving breakfast were lovely. I stayed in an attic room, they informed me about it beforehand and I accepted, but I didn’t feel very comfortable in that type of room, so I wouldn’t stay more than one night for that reason alone. One small issue: they should check more carefully that the cleaning is done properly, as I found a hygienic pad in the trash bin. However, the receptionist resolved it immediately, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay and I really appreciate the helpful service.

A couple things could be improved (but acceptable for the fair price) : the hallway smelled quite strongly of hookah. Luckily, no smell in the room. No coffee with the breakfast is definitely strange as well.

The room was fantastic, especially for the good price. The location was excellent, very close to the centre. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was prepared individually and was good.

The room facing the street can be a bit noisy

Location and friendly staff. We requested to change the room and they were accommodating us. Plus they also made some sandwiches for us to take away because we check out early before the restaurant opens

The room doors operate on a card system, but in my case something was wrong with the card and I had to have it reactivated each time I returned from the town (fortunately within the reception working hours). The rate included breakfast, which was set and you got no choice (omelette and some local pastry, water and juice), coffee had to be paid extra.

A small hotel near the centre of Prishtina, there is also a bus stop just in front of it. There are about 10-12 rooms on two floors, the groundfloor is a café. Unfortunately, smoking is not prohibited in there, so cigarette smoke was a bit smelled even in the room. Reception doesn´t work 24/7, but you are given a code to the main door. The bathroom was OK, the room has a fridge and A/C and small TV.

Unfortunately there are lot of smokers in the ground floor cafe and we could smell the cigarette smoke in the room even in the night. We had to open the room windows in the middle of the night to get fresh air and my kid was complaining a lot about the cigarette smoke. Please be mindful of the smoke.

The hotel was very clean and it is in the centre of the city. We walked all around the historic places since it is at heart of the city. The front desk girl was very friendly and told us where to eat -especially Shaban grill a local eatery. The room had coffee and tea and we had room in the attic which was very good. The break fast provided in the ground floor cafe was good although limited. I had to buy coffee separately for the break fast although i requested to change juice with coffee. The staff was kind enough in the hotel

The bathroom appeared to be fairly new, however, some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed DIY attention, eg. toilet-roll holder to be reattached to the wall, toilet seat was completely loose, as was the shower head fitting against the shower wall. Aside from that, though, the bathroom was in a good condition overall & also extremely clean.

Great location, easy to reach all noteworthy sights in the city. The in-house restaurant is quite good and also serves as the breakfast area, but there are numerous restaurants close by as well. Staff are very friendly & accommodating, and the check-in & -out processes are a breeze. The room is a bit cramped but offered sufficient space, and everything is extremely clean. The room also has a mini-bar & coffee station. Shower pressure & temperature both very impressive. Solid Wi-Fi. The inclusive breakfast is quite filling and tasty, and is a set breakfast based on a “tapas” selection of local dishes. In total, a very comfortable and value-for-money accommodation option.

Sometimes we had a temporary electric system shutdown but it was less than three minutes each time so we had to check the boiling water tank it could work properly or not because after the electric system problem, the tank always was switched off automatically. It means we can't use boiled water when taking a shower. Its light is turning red,an indicater is in the red zone, it should be OK!

Very clean room, comfortable facilities, good location!! Room is very warm and bright lights. The coffee shop under the hotel was so nice and you can enjoy reasonable coffee around 1euro per cup.

The cold was coming from the window sill but compensated with air condition.

Hotels location is central. Room was clean. Breakfast is quietly enough. There is a cafe at downstairs with delicious coffee and sweets. Staff was helpful especially the guy working in cafe, special thanks for saving me from the flying insect in my room
