Location. Looks. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Fridge available. Enough towels for one person. I was allowed to have a bit later check out which I appreciated.

Breakfast was very poor and did not even include water and coffee.

It is central clean and very comfortable.

At breakfast, you would have to pay extra to get coffee. Only tea or orange juice are part of the hotel breakfast

The location was nice

The room was tiny and the airco was directed straight to us which is terrible. The receptionist of the last day was super friendly and nice, but the one before her was probably the rudest encounter we’ve had during our entire stay Kosovo

Room with low ceiling above the bed. Electrical plug-in not well placed. Not possible to charge next to the bed.

Lovely property in the center of Pristina close to all the main attractions of the city The room was good even though with a low ceiling and the bed was very comfortable The staff was very friendly and speak english

There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, and it wasn't soundproof, so we could hear the voices of the clients in the nearby room.

We had a problem and they solved very nicely and they always smiled when they see us. My wife and I sometimes needed to work and lobby is really comfortable for working.

Hot water is limited and runs out after a few minutes letting you down.

Excellent location, few minutes walk from everything in Pristina. Hotel brand new and clean, bed very comfy, aircon/wifi worked perfectly.

Double room a little small, it was good for 2 nights for 2 people, would have been too small for a longer stay.

Designed room, location, very friendly and helpful staff, also breakfast included and very cheap price coffee shop run by the hotel.

One night when I was talking the shower, the hot water stopped. Luckily the weather was hot so no big impact.

Great Place, lovely people, Central location

Very recommendable place in this interesting city. The staff is very friendly and I was happy there was a parking lot with surveillance during the night. Close to the centre and a pretty coffee-shop with breakfast downstairs. Excellent value for money!

The hotel was nice and budget-friendly. The staff were kind and helpful, and the people serving breakfast were lovely. I stayed in an attic room, they informed me about it beforehand and I accepted, but I didn’t feel very comfortable in that type of room, so I wouldn’t stay more than one night for that reason alone. One small issue: they should check more carefully that the cleaning is done properly, as I found a hygienic pad in the trash bin. However, the receptionist resolved it immediately, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay and I really appreciate the helpful service.
