Great location Comforatble beds Hot, powerful showers

There was no body wash, shower gel, or soap provided in the shower — only shampoo. When I asked about this, the staff told me to use the liquid soap fixed next to the sink, which would have required me to walk out of the shower, past the toilet, every time I needed soap. When I raised my concern, I was yelled at, told to use body lotion instead and that teh reason they don't supply soap is because the brand of products (Balmain) is very expensive. Being spoken to in this way was unacceptable. The manager later apologized and initially offered me a discount, but when I went to check out, I was told this wasn’t possible because I had booked through a third party. Another manager later apologies andprovided me with a bottle of champagne and nice note as we were celebrating our wedding. There is no hotel bar as it's being used exclusively by the adjoining restauarnt.

Super clean, the bed was so comfy and located in the city center.

The room only had one chair, they didn't provide shampoo and they didn't have dairy free milk or gluten free bread for breakfast.

The location is unbeatable – right in the city center, close to restaurants, cafes, and all the main sights. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere – it felt very welcoming.

A bit soul less . No outdoor space Unable to operate over bed light . Had to remove key card to turn off because no switches would allow this hence couldn’t have A/C on at night but not a problem because wasn’t too hot .

The bed was nice and quiet room!

Bathroom fixtures need repair, toilet sprays outside toilet when flushing; the lighting at bathroom mirror isn't good, couldn't see anything considering it is the only mirror in the room! Unfortunately I will not be going back!

The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city next to Maria Theresa Boulevard. The room was enormous. The bed was super comfy. The bath was huge and could easily fit 2 people in. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit expensive. The breakfast was a very average buffet style.

Everything 😆 . A lovely, friendly cosy hotel. the young girl On the reception was helpful and welcoming. 😃 Had some cheesecake at breakfast whc h was amazing, happy days.

Room smelt of smoke. Bar was closed all weekend for refurbishment.

I came back to Kosovo for a visit, my first in 14 years. Everything improved significantly and Prisrina was no exception. I found Manami Hotel aa part of this positive change The hotel is modern, super clean and centrally located. The rooms are excellent, good size, having all the necessary amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. There is parking availble, 50 m down from.the hotel in a guarded space. A word about the breakfast, which was more diverse and more tasty than in many fancy locations.
