Wonderfully remodeled boutique hotel with perfect location for seeing Prizren sites, some rooms with grovels balcony views of the river, bridge and old town, and wonderful breakfast to take on their patio right next to the river!

Breakfast had an amazing view in the private bar area with great tea and coffee. Staff went over and above to help us resolve travel issues and location was stunning

Perfect location. Everything was super nearby. Breakfast was simple but great. Room had everything that was needed. The best part was the location and the staff. Andi was super helpful and everyone in the reception, too, even though I forgot to ask for names. Anytime when we had an inquiry, they tried their level best to help. They had a big party on one of the days in the restaurant downstairs, and we absolutely enjoyed it. It had so much vibe, and the crowd was great. Our breakfast waiter's ( forgot his name, but he studies computer ( IT) and speaks good English ), service was excellent. All the days that we stayed ( june 26th to 29th), he served us, and he treated us like we were in a 5 start hotel. Such good and polite service. Such an asset.

Location, Location, Location- it is literally opposite the main attractions. Great staff- very useful and accommodating.

There was a kettle but no tea, coffee or cups. Maybe an oversight and we didn't ask as it was only a one night stay.

Receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and other staff were good too. There was an excellent bar/coffee shop adjoining the hotel with great live music on the Saturday night. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. Excellent location.

Cigarette smell coming from the bathroom but if you close the door it was fine. Part of the culture that smoking indoors is very common.

Amazing stay, super good location, very friendly staff and amazing facility in general. Comfortable stay and would definitely come again. Breakfast was delicious!

Best Balcony view! You can see most of the main sights from the balcony. Check in staff were super friendly and there was free parking which is a mega bonus as parking not easy during busy periods. The breakfast was also good and the best coffee of our trip!

The air conditioning didn’t work so it was quite hot in the room and the pipes in the bathroom were leaking on the floor so this should get fixed.

The hotel does have a great location, very friendly staff, and clean rooms. However, a 9.0 rating on Booking might lead you to expect something close to perfection. Just be aware that it's a small hotel, slightly dated on the outside, and the cafeteria is quite limited in size.

Perfect location. Nice bar attached. Clean comfortable room. Nice shower. Electric kettle and the staff brought a cup so I could have instant coffee.

Hotel Monarc in Prizren exceeded my expectations! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Its great location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!
