Breakfast was served in a restaurant nearby, but wasn't really plentiful. You only get to choose one dish and one drink as part of a breakfast voucher.

The room could have been a little bit warmer.

The hotel is in a perfect location on the old square with resturants, bar and shops. Everything including the fortress are all walking distance although it is very steep up to the fortress. The room was new, comfortable and very clean. The reception staff where very helpful, welcoming and lucky for us spoke great english. Breakfast is at a bistro next door with a few options and was very good. If you go to Prizren the Nam is the place to stay.

Our room had no windows, not a big problem for us but a little unusual! Internet wasn’t working the first night so we could relax in front of the TV as planned but again not a big deal.

Great location right in the centre of old Prizren and in walking distance of the bus station and everywhere we wanted to visit. Big comfortable room and nice bathroom. Included a tasty breakfast from the cafe downstairs.

Neighbourhoods noise

Poor breakfast it should be more choices, but the location is amazing also a bit expensive too.

Hotel has no parking at all you have to pay at the parking area in the back. Also the room was smelly ( dead rat) so I notified the staff and they tried to do their best but smell returned after an hour.

One second from the city center. They will give you a voucher to have a free breakfast meal at the restaurant in the corner.

No breakfast is served in hotel only you have to go outside the hotel. Time for breakfast is not convenient only till 10am.

There is no parking or place to drop or collect my luggage so i must carry all the luggage for mor than 200 m around from the nearest car park It’s only 1 floor and there is no swimming pool or fitness centre

The room had no windows except the roof window directly over the bed which could not be opened. The noise from surrounding bars is unbearable and it is impossible to sleep although it was wednesday. The shower drain was clogged and water didnt run away. Bed was awkward and a bit hard. DO NOT RECOMMEND If you want to sleep.

We booked the hotel through Booking.com its written 4 stars hotel but its not because no swimming pool, no car parking, no bar , no spa how can be written 5 stars , Booking.com must check this because customers get wrong information about this hotel, no eben coffe machine in the room, no water as well, no staff actully This place is just jocke, one staff avaliable she dosent know how to use post machine, she dosent know how to give invoice
