How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I was exhausted from hard travel and high heat when I arrived at this hotel. It was such a relief to have attentive and helpful staff immediately take care of me. Although my room wasn’t ready, they had it ready quickly. This is a staff willing to help, which I did not always experience on my trip. The room was good, excellent air con and shower, good body products, and good bed. Great included breakfast the next morning with a wide variety of choices and coffee. I also had a late lunch in the restaurant the day I arrived, it too was very good. Overall, a great choice near the bus station! Everyone I interacted with wanted to help, and I had a very restful night’s sleep. Helpful in getting to the airport as well. Definitely recommend! (Note - not near many of the sights in Pristina, but public transport is nearby.)

One minor issue, the curtains were not closing properly in my room but didn’t affect my stay.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Loads of advice and support for a foreign traveller. Restaurant says open late with an excellent dining spot.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was good but could have been a little better. AC was awesome, worked even when we were not in the room. The bed was also very comfy.

The noise levels from the nearby building place were quite high.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were kind and professional making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, with excellent quality and taste. On top of that, the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience at a reasonable price.

While I knew this in advance, the hotel is some distance from the old town, which I understand is the most interesting part of Pristina. As I only arrived at 5pm and was leaving again at 8.30am the following morning, and it was raining, I didn't really explore the city, which was a shame. So, if you want to see nicer parts of the city, probably stay elsewhere.
The breakfast was OK, though the fried eggs were cold. No breakfast tea was available. The hotel is modern and just a few minutes walk from the bus station.....indeed, you can see the Hotel Nartel neon sign as you alight your bus, and then it's an easy walk to get to the hotel. The receptionist was a very helpful and pleasant gentleman.

I haven't slept on rubber sheets since I was 3. Not sure why the mattress was covered in plastic. On a map, the hotel seemed distant from the Old Town. Connecting on some walking paths through a residential neighbourhood, it wasn't far at all.
My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the main dining room was nice if a bit basic. Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and know their city. Hotel is easy walking distance to the Stationi bus station.

Hotel Nartel was very useful for me because it is only five minutes walk from the bus station. It is very comfortable in a slightly traditional way, immaculately clean and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic! Recommended.

Eventually, this area will be very upmarket. A hive of activity zone around it, with many new projects under construction. It is a good ten minute taxi ride to the main pedestrian square, and promenade, for the restaurants, bars, and tourist places of Interest.
Handy to the Main bus station. Very modern with the right facilities, a supermarket across the road, and a super buffet breakfast.

What was missing, no kettle in room, perhaps you should make a request when booking. No nearby ATM.
Everything that was there. Great hotel in great location for us since we were travelling by bus. Great choice for breakfast, supermarket opposite, very clean, modern hotel. Great staff.
