We stayed at this hotel during the festival, and while the hotel itself was very nice, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible help we received from Butritni. Because of the festival, we could only find a room here for the night before it started — the entire city of Pristina was fully booked, and we had nowhere to stay for the following days. When Butritni heard about our situation, he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to his kindness and effort, he managed to find us a place to stay when it felt absolutely impossible. Without him, we honestly would have had to sleep on the streets. He is by far the most kind-hearted and selfless person I have ever met, and we will always be grateful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prishtina! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to explore. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Prishtina :)

This is a fantastic hotel. the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Prishtina as well as to the bus station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just two nights.

Was tricky to find (the hotel is on the main larger road, while Google maps will take you to the small street behind with no access). Note too that while the Booking page says free private parking is available on site, the hotel has no parking and the staff was surprised when we asked upon arrival. That said, they arranged to park our car right on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. We didn’t get any fine or any issue, so it all worked well in the end - just good to keep in mind!

Shower head occasionally falls out of holder but not big deal.

Members of staff were really friendly and helped with parking across the road (it’s a paid parking but hotel have agreement but not all parking staff know this). Room is clean, has a balcony and bed very comfortable. Location really good for walking around Pristina

I highly recommend the Plaza Hotel in Prishtina! This hotel is impeccably clean and ideally located within walking distance from the city center. The rooms are spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request. A special thanks to Butrinti, who went above and beyond to help me find a company to fix my car. For anyone visiting Prishtina, the Plaza Hotel is the perfect choice. 5-star rating from me!

Great place in the heart of Prishtina. Super clean comfortable quite well equiped room. Friendly and very welcoming accommodation with the most amazing helpful front desk (reception) they brought us breakfast without us having paid for it. Even when we had a problem with our car they took us to our destination on time.I definitely recommend and would come back.

We are in vacation with my friend and stayed in here, we are so glad to choose here, in fact we extended our stay after our first night because the hotel is brilliant. First of all, the staff was very kind and they helped us so much about our trip, we really want to thank them so much once again from here as well. Room was totally perfect very big and clean. The location is very good as well, its right around so many great restaurants, markets, coffee shops, pubs and even nightclubs. If we come Prishtine again, definiately the only place we gonna stay would be this hotel.

On the curtains there was 1 side that was a bit broken, leaving a lot of light in.
